The screws and the holes are NOT aligned properly. They are too wide or the materials covering the holes. one of the holes actually doesn't exist for the table I had to put only 3 screws instead of fours. They are expecting us to use the small tool to tighten the screws which is IMPOSSIBLE. Please I would like someone to address these issues. I am attaching pictuers of these missing holes for the screws.

    This is very low quality material, unfinished work The wicker on the table was broken on on end which in turn led to come of all the wicker from sides

    Walnew 4 piece outdoor patio red. I purchased this a month ago finally was able to put it together, my 16 year old nephew put it together was easy with instruction according to him . It all came in two boxes nothing missing , nothing broken . it looks great on my 2 floor balcony, it not bulky but cozy a tall person like over 6 feet may fell like it's too small . it's comfy the pillows are not very thick but it does the job , comfortable . we love the red . also purchase a solar umbrella . just simply lovely and the price was reasonable . would recommend .

    It was ok , just really really thin cushions.
    The cushions are really thin. The product itself was ok but a lot of the ends came loose as well. We ordered 2 sets , but Overall I wasn't happy with how thin the cushions were at all so I returned it and got another set made by better home and garden. The return was made really easy tho so I'm thankful about that and the shipping was really fast as well.

    Great set, even better service from manufacturer
    This set is a great bargain and has held up through winter and summer alike. What is even better, though, is the customer service provided by the manufacturer. When my order arrived I was missing a couple of pieces. I didnt have any luck getting through to customer service through Walmart, so instead contacted the manufacturer. They were so quick to respond and immediately sent me the pieces I needed. One of them even took a few months because of pandemic delays, but the manufacturer still followed up and sent it as soon as possible. Definitely a great buy, highly recommend!!

    Glad I kept it!
    Got off to a rough start with this.. even started a return due to one piece was bent plus only one box had come yet my chat with customer service said delivery was complete. Before fed ex came to retrieve it the 2nd box came! We easily were able to correct the bend so gave it a whirl. Handy service out it together. I actually love this set! Got a fire pit to match. Perfect size for our space and seems very sturdy and comfy!
