Worth it
I will start of by saying that for the price, this is very good quality and the cushion is very comfortable. However, if you're a bigger person and/or have wide hips like me, it might not be the best option for you. That being said, my mom liked it so much she asked me to buy her one.

Poor quality/Bad service
The chair was poor quality and the back rest was misaligned and tilted after assembly. Contacted the company and they didn't help at all. Disappointed overall.

    Very Disappointed
    This chair is very uncomfortable. Would never buy again. It literally broke into pieces. This is made for people under 150 pounds.

    This chair is awful! The wheels do NOT stay on! When you're sitting in the chair, they just fall off, and I only weigh a buck'o 5. Don't waste your money

    You better have muscles!
    It was hard for me to assemble, but that could be because I'm not very strong. One of the wheels wouldn't install correctly no matter how hard I tried. I missed the window to return the item so now I'm stuck with a wonky chair.

    Its a waste of money,dont buy this is a terrible chair feels like its going to fall apart when you sit on it,if you wight over fifty pounds be careful, would i buy again, not even if you gave it to me .save a little more money and buy a better made chair.

    Good quality chair with reasonable price
    Just got this new chair for my cousin ( high schooler doing online classes) The parts were very easy to assemble, the wheels took some effort to put together, but once you got a hint of it, became very easy to install. The cushion is firm and comfortable, the design of the chair is very nice, the weight is relatively light.

    Missing parts and no instructions
    I received it yesterday 2-9-21 came early. I took everything out and noticed the casters bag wasn't sealed. 4 wheels came out of the loose bag for a 5 legged base. I also don't think the casters belonged to that chair anyway cause they didn't seem to fit. There was only a diagram and no instructions. The paper read scan this barcode for video assembly. How do you Scan that, can somebody tell me?. The good part is the chair was beautiful and well made. I returned it cause I didn't feel like trying to assemble without directions.
