Great Chair , FED-EX is USELESS
The chair is nice. It's not a full on sink into soft recliner, but at this price point I think it's FANTASTIC! Heat, vibrate, and the lift all work EXCELLENT! The delivery was a NIGHTMARE. I live on the third floor, and the driver literally dumped the box in front of the stairs on the ground floor and left it. In the rain. Keep in mind this was the SECOND delivery, as he had obviously done the same with the first and it was stolen or only god knows what. Walmart's customer Service was incredible, I waited a few days to see if the package turned up (per Walmart's request). It never showed up and they sent me a new one, no hassle! But the delivery experience would make me not buy another. A lot of stuff I've purchased online from Wally has been delivered by fed ex, and there is usually a problem. Like they leave packages in front of the community mailbox, etc.

WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE!!
This chair is horribly made! I bought for my mom and after a few weeks the arm on the chair broke. Found out the board in the arm of the chair broke. This purchase is a nightmare. I bought the add on insurance but I don't know how to send this mess back to the manufacture.

    Excellent buy! Heat, lift, and massage are just what I need for my LTKR, which is on 2/18. Easy to assemble and fast delivery. Chair arrived 7 days early via FEDEX. The driver not only brought it to my door, but he put it inside the house (Thank God). Reviews were a little discouraging, aside from that I'm taking this time to get used to it bc this is where I'll be spending 95% of my time.

    Great quality product and customer service !
    This recliner is everything the description says, comfortable, looks good no easy to assemble. I did have a little trouble connecting the controller for the heat and massage feature, but I received a response right after I emailed the supplier. They emailed me a video that showed what to do, it was easy and I did it without a problem.

    Bad Customer Service, Bad/Broken Chair Desig
    The cord for the remote that reclines the chair up and down frayed after using the chair regularly for only TWO MONTHS because the design is bad and I guess it rubs against the chair. The remote no longer works, so the chair is stuck in the farthest up position, so you can't even sit in it. When I checked the wires to figure out what was wrong, the frayed wire SPARKED! I messaged the seller AND called the Walmart Customer Service line, and the seller sent me an email asking for pictures of the problem, saying they would send a replacement piece for us to install ourselves. Not preferable, as we are not engineers or very crafty, but we did as they asked, and they never got back to us or sent the replacement piece! It's been three weeks and I just sent another message asking for a refund or replacement. DO NOT BUY THIS! There are multiple similar chairs from other brands that I've purchased for family that have worked and endured for years, from brands named Vineego and Victal. P.S. I have better pictures of the frayed wire that I sent to the seller, but the Walmart website won't let me upload those because they are bigger than 5 MB apaprently.

    We purchase this chair in February 2021 for our mother that is currently going through chemo therapy. By April 2021 the seat part of the chair is sagging down on the left side (when sitting). She is not heavy (under 140 lbs) and when she sits in the chair the broken part of the chair tilts her hips to the left and is painful. In emailing Walmart, we were told the part to repair the chair is on back order for 3-4 weeks.

    It's not too large for my husband's office and cleans up easily from spills. The price was budget friendly. Not difficult to use the lift/recline feature. The print on the heat/massage remote is my only criticism....it's so small, I used a hand magnifying glass to read it. Once you are familiar with the settings on it, it's fine. Love the cup holders.

    Didnt work for me
    I bought a couple months ago,... I'm 5.4 too me up but I still have to lean little, the massage is just a vibration, I didn't use it, a month after I lift up and it cut off... so it's stuck lift position, it was easy to put together only 2 pieces, i will be returning it. I dont recommend this product
