Walnew swivel rocker recliner
I finally have my own chair yeah! Love this chair the message, heat and vibration works as it's supposed to. I got the dark gray and it's really a great chair. I would like to say, the chair is rather small and I find That with this chair my dog and I don't have enough room to sit together. But for just myself the chair fits perfectly. I would recommend this chair.

i got this for my mothers husband who is disabled. He sleeps and sits in this chair alot since its hard for him to lay down. Not even one year after purchase the chair back broke while he was in it. He opened up the trying to see what went wrong and its thin really thin wood. Now this chair says it can hold up to 400lbs.

    I love the chair there’s only one little problem. I have bad knees and the foot rest is kind of hard to push in when you want to get up out of the chair sometimes recliners have it on the side where you can pull up on it and the foot rest goes in really easy. I certainly wish this had that.

    Bad chairs
    Purchased 2 of these chairs. The wall plug plugs into the chair, but the controller does not have the correct plug on it. The plugs on the chair both fit the wall plug. We have not unpacked the second chair and will be returning both chairs if this can’t be corrected. The chairs are useless without the controls. Please help!! The plug on the left (for the controller) is the wrong plug.

    Comfortable and plush rocker recliner
    Delivered on time. Easy to assemble and very comfortable, soft, plush fabric material. I'm 6'1", 250lbs, so this chair works for me very well. I plan on ordering another one.

    Don’t buy!!!!
    I would give a minus number if they had it. I bought 2 recliners in July 2022, 5 months later the bank broke completely in half, the foot rest on the other has stuffing coming out. I contacted the seller with numerous emails and provided pictures as asked. Last email I got asked for the pictures again. I sent them again and still nothing. Return is 90 days but for over $700 I would expect them to last longer than 5 months. Disappointed in Walmart for having a seller that doesn’t care about product issues.

    Terrible birthday gift for mom's 74th birthday
    I purchased this chair for my elderly mother. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this product. The leg rest is suppose to let out without my mother actually pulling it out in place. I was under the impression that she would actually be able to feel the massage. However, this chair only gives a soft vibration with noise. No actual feelings of a massage behind her back or legs. Last but not least, there is suppose to be a heating element in the chair. The chair does not get hot. We can't even feel the heat. Basically, i just feel jipped because I paid $300 plus tax and didn't get what i ordered for my mother. It was NOT a good birthday gift. Thanks for nothing!

    Disappointed because its incomplete
    Happy my recliner got delivered early but disappointed cuz I didnt receive the power cord and remote. Very disappointed with the service Walmart provided. My recliner got delivered on 7/9/21 and till this day 7/18/21 I havent gotten any help as to when and if Im going to receive my power cord

    Pleased as a dog with two tails!
    For size reference, I am 5'1 and about 120 lbs and I fit in this chair *Jim Carrey voice* like a glove! I can sit or lounge any which way I like and it's perfectly comfortable. HOWEVER, I will say, the leg rest is DIFFICULT to close. I'm practicing but I haven't been able to close it on my own. lol My husband has trouble closing it with his legs also so I know it's not just me. That aside, I got the dark gray color and I'm loving it. The heat seems to work but I only tested it shortly. I imagine I'll use it more when it gets cold out again so I'm looking forward to that! The massage is decent, I'll warn you though it's not gonna be like one of those fancy massage chairs that have the moving pieces that actually rub. It just vibrates from what I can tell. Not sure how much it really helps but I'm enjoying it anyway. The chair is a bit shorter than expected but that isn't an issue for me at all. The armrests fit nicely underneath my computer desk and it's light enough to easily slide on my tile floors so I've been using it as a computer chair. Best computer chair I've ever had. Haha My biggest complaint is that the power cord is VERY short so you have to have an outlet very close by. I have an outlet right under my desk (right behind the chair in my picture) and the cord BARELY makes it to the plug. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase!
