The best thing to have
This is very convenient to use. I already have the combined toothbrush and waterpik. The reason I bought the portable waterpik is because I have moved back with my mother. She has an older home and there are not a lot of electrical outlets as the newer homes have. An electrical outlet was removed from the main bathroom and so it became annoying to have a hospital bucket to spit out my water from the combo waterpik. So having this portable waterpik is the best thing to have here. I thought it would not be enough water to rinse my mouth but it truly is enough. I recommend.

LOOKS SOLID, BUT LEAKS LIKE A SIEVE
Just bought this. Price was right. Wanted the convenience of cordless because the bathroom outlet isn't close to the sink. Looked and felt sturdy, but literally leaked like a sieve upon first use. The term "WikiLeak" would work for this device also.
The water "tank" portion of the device is loosely affixed to the body, and I can't see a way to tighten it down or secure it better for a leak-free fit. Upon closer inspection, the design and mechanics are rather poor. Maybe I have a defective unit, but I have no choice at this point other than to return it. I will update this review if I get another unit that works properly.

The water spray had good strong power, now it's not nearly as strong. I am having to recharge it every other day, all day long to keep it going. The one thing that I do not like about the charge system, there is no light indicator. I don't know if the system is breaking down or if I just have a bad charger. I will not be purchasing this unit again.J. Jett

Also battery is not Lithium one. No battery charge indication, so you need to trust that battery is charging when you plug it. I bought it because I can easy buy additional tips and accessories. Its working fine, Im using it on high setting.Srdjan K

This product worked as intended! The instruction booklet was also very clear. After eating, I thoroughly brushed my teeth with a very soft toothbrush. I then used this Waterpik. I was able to dislodge additional food debris that were trapped near the gum line. I am highly confident that if I use this product regularly, I should be able to keep my gum healthy. I am also hoping that I would be able to limit my visits to my dentist to only twice a year for routine clean-ups due to healthy gum.Boulderite

This product does the job well and is more powerful than I thought it would be. Unfortunately, the water reservoir has to be refilled at least a couple of times to get a good cleaning. It works ok but it would be nice if it had a light on it so you would know when the charge is complete also the base charger should be separate. You have to pick up the entire unit to use it. I unplug it when i use it then replug it when I am finished just a little hassel.Retired In St Marys GA

I'm a very big fan of the waterflosser. One thing that's annoying and hope they change in the future is that they should have a charging stand or base. Plugging it in is a bit annoying.Juzer
