Good wind and sun block
This wall held up to over 20 mile per hour gusts with no problem (I did have a table behind it in the center) while tailgating with out coming loose or flapping around, I do recommend weights for the canopy legs to keep it from moving. Bought a second one to be able to block shifting winds. Using perforated straps up from the weights to secure the bottom down. My one concern is the durability of the elastic on the hook and eye attachment long term.

Flimsy and cheaply made
Got this as a replacement for our SwissGear shadetent, the predecesor brand which Wenzel now seems to have bought out. Unfortunately this is nothing like the SwissGear windbreak wall. Very flimsy plastic, similar to disposable-tablecloth-type material. Does not have UV coating. Not worth the money.

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/31/2017Fits my Ozark TrailDecided to go with this brand instead of the brand that matched mine. Glad I did. It fits perfectly, no gaps around legs. Easy & Fast to put up. Being white let's the inside not be so dark if I have to have 4 sides up with 1 side pulled back for customers to come in at craft shows, if it's raining. Not sure how well it will hold up yet. I put my canopy up in the garage & tried the side walls out, to see if it was going to fit. I will start using them the last of April when the farmers market starts back up. So far I am very pleased with them. I bought 4 sidewalls. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I don't know how well it will do in windy or rainy conditions, or how long the straps & material will last.Donna

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser10/13/2014Works with First Up canopyI searched for side walls for our First Up canopy and everything I found was out of stock. I don't think they are made anymore. I crossed my fingers and got these hoping they would work. They do work!SmartShopperFamily

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/28/2014Works very well as a sun-sail.I bought something like this from a Walmart Superstore 3-4 years ago and use it as a sunshade for a south-facing glass door off our sunroom. The glass door has fixed window panels on both side; altogether about 10 foot of glass. That canopy kept the room much cooler but also darker. I hung the top edge with sewn-on clips to hooks screwed into the underside of the overhang and attached the outer two corners to the guard-rails on the deck with bungees. It started out as a temporary solution to keep the sun-room cooler during the summer months but became permanent as I couldn't find a sturdier solution that does not require more major cosmetic changes to the sun-deck or back-yard. The old one was eventually shredded by the weather after wearing out two sets of bungee straps. I considered and researched sun-sails but those of similar size all seem to come in bright color and cost three times as much. Being sun-sails, I would expect them to be sturdier and last longer but they would also require sturdier mountings. I'm also concerned that the bright color would be too obtrusive with our off-white sidings, not to mention the off-neutral shade it will cast in our sunroom. This new one does not have the reflective coating (found in the old one) that blocks out light and heat from the sun. Our sunroom does not feel as cool in the noon sun but it directs a higher yet comfortable level of light into the sunroom. I am more able to read in the sunroom earlier in the morning and later in the afternoon. When I feel the light is too bright, I use the blinds to adjust the lighting. So, all in all, the current Wenzel Smartshade Sunscreen 10' Wall is a good buy even if it will last only 3-4 years.pickyaboutcoffee

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/04/2014Great investment.Even my husband who was skeptical on the quality, was impressed. Was easy to put up, in about 3 minutes, and already survived a severe wind storm, looking as great as when I put it up! It blocks the rain and sun as I prepare meals while camping. Love it!Sunnyshade

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/25/2013Perfect for what I neededI set up my tent and do craft fairs. First of all..I needed something that would block the wind coming from one side during the DAY part of my show. Secondly...I needed something to secure items from theft, wind, rain, etc. overnight, because it was a two day show. So I purchased 4 total and it worked like a charm! The material seems to be the same stuff that tents are made out of. I don't know if it was waterproof because it didn't rain, but it did exactly what I needed it to. PS It comes with small stretchy cords to help secure it to the legs of the tent on each side. PERFECT for me and my needs! Thanks! RhondaRhondagirl
