This blanket has been my travel companion for at least 10 years. It has been to 5 countries and 4 states and just now needing replacement. Kept me warm in the cold and breathed in the heat. This blanket was so hard to part with that I lined the dog bed instead of just throwing it away. Now my Dobberman is enjoying the plush and comfort of Vellux blankets. Vellux sponsor the US Airmen. Donate some blankets as we would greatly appreciate it. Hurlburt SOF.

Disintegrating Blanket, terrible smell
I washed this blanket as per usual and per instructions and it completely disintegrated in my washing machine. See attached picture. Terrible mess and now I have to be concerned with clogged pipes for the washing machine. Do not recommend. Terrible quality.

    i ordered this and got a completely different blanket. same company jist different color and size. i ordered the dark blue twin and got a light blueish gray king for the price of the twin. i love this blanket so much i dont know how it got mixed up but teust me i am happy about it. so soft and comfortable!! and it's very thick

    Great Blanket
    Had a Vellux blanket for many years, so many that it was falling apart! Wanted one just like it, and noticed the new ones have hems on all four sides, which my old one did not. I think this will make my blanket last even longer! Love the lightweight yet warm feel of Vellux. So happy with this purchase.

    A great product that I'll continue to buy through the years.
    I've used WestPoint Vellux blankets for many years. They provide great warmth during the winter without heaviness, and provide just the right amount of coverage on spring and fall nights. This will always be a staple in our home as long as they are manufactured.

    This is my second Vellux blanket. One is now on the guest room bed and one is on my bed. It's light weight but does a great job by adding warmth to any blanket.

    I would definitely buy another one the next time I need one.
    I have purchased vellux blankets for years. The main reason that I like them is they do not pill or shed. They are not heavy but give you plenty of warmth when you need it. They wash and dry so nice.

    Cheap stuff,keeps shedding has many bald spots!
    It keeps shedding and I will have to throw it out! It has several bald spots now! Don't purchase , it's not like the Vellux blanket from long ago!
