Best Whole Wheat Flour!!
I love this flour! So fine and soft. Perfect for most of my breads, baking, gravy, cookies, etc. Here is a pic of my whole wheat pumpkin bread.

sand in the bread mlm ade with this flour, then i sifted it with a 100 mesh sifter b4 using and ofcourse the extra wheat bran in it went away with the sand.

    Excellent product
    I like the flavor the only problem I have had is that I needed to learn how to bake with it it seems to react different than white processed flour however I prefer the taste and texture of this wheat flour better than white processed flour bread I have been making

    I like the flavor of this whole wheat flour. But its not easy to get the bread to rise enough for sandwiches.

    Fantastic flour
    I've baked only a few baguettes, half bread and half Bronze Chief and they were wonderful, created light and airy loaves. This time I caught my dough at optimum rise and it was just perfect. I've fed Ethel, my sour dough starter and she liked it very much as well. Turned one loaf into croutons and like the bread, great air pockets made for super crunchy, yet not jaw breaking! Most pleased! Can't wait to try their other flours! Bread Baking Level: WELL practiced beginner

    Very fresh and fragrant flour, best of all; not too heavy. My pizza crusts turned out very flavorful as did the breads I bake. I always add 1/4 cup w/w flour to my Sour Dough French bread for healthier, more robust bread. Consistently great results!!

    I lover the fluffiness and soft texture of this whole wheat flour, it is much like the consistency of all-purpose flour, which also made it perfect in my breads and other baked goods. The baked breads of this flour offer a flavor that is warm, nutty and oat-like. The yeast breads rise nicely, and the crust is soft with a nice fluffy center. Overall, I'm very satisifed with this particular whole wheat flour blend, it has a unique taste and soft texture to it that is unlike most whole wheat flour blends, so I find that useful for larger whole wheat breads.     Montana Flour Power!
    The whole wheat was not my first choice, but I was desperate. I typically purchase Wheat Montana Prairie Gold flour, but it was unavailable. There seems to be a different (maybe slightly coarser?) grind than the usual Gold Medal type flours have. Once I made something with this wheat flour, I was hooked! It has a wonderful nutty flavor, and the price cannot be beat.

    Idiotic package = spilled flour
    Good flour but will not buy again because of the package design. Wide mouth "resealable" bag that 1) doesn't reseal, 2) is too shallow to dip even a half-cup measure into, and 3) opening is wider than any canister is, so impossible to get flour out of with spilling. Love the idea of supporting Dakota wheat farmers, but a plain old paper bag works a whole lot better.

    I'm in love with this whole wheat flour! I use it in all of my baking healthy recipes! Especially in muffins! The texture is very light and the taste is not as heavy as the other brands like KAF, Gold. The whole wheat taste doesn't over power my baking recipe. I love love this flour super high quality!
