I had bought this flour in a wheat version and liked it but my family still preferred the white flour version. I bought this and my last pizza crust and my dad's last batch of cookies were the best ever. I have to think it was the flour. That was the only difference.

    Truly all purpose
    truly and all-purpose flour! Not only can I bake regular things like cakes hand pie dough, but the protein content is high enough that it makes a great loaf of bread. I am a Sourdough Baker and this is the only flour I like to use. my store no longer carries it oh, so sad! but good that I can still get it online. I hope they don't get rid of it!

    Love this flour and all wheat montana flour. makes great bread, roll, cookies, etc. much better flour than the big name brands-much, much better. wish local walmart carried it in store- but at least I can order it

    This is great flour, but the best thing about it is it comes in an easy open plastic bag instead of a paper sack so glued at the top you can't get it open without tearing the bag.

    Gotta love Wheat Montana Flour

    best flour on the market
    I've used a lot of different flours, including King Arthur (which I love) and Wheat Montana is my favorite. It's very natural, non-bromated, and works well for baking breads, cakes, cookies, and pastries.

    This is my favorite All purpose flour. It produces light and fluffy cakes, breads, or whatever you use it in. Most Walmarts in North Dakota do not carry this in their stores but it was so easy to order it online and have it delivered right to your door. You won't be disappointed in this product
