5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/13/2022Mild tasting whole grainThis is great whole wheat flour. It has been lower priced than others. It is a mild-flavored hard wheat great for bread, but I use it for quick breadd and pancakes too. The mild white wheat makes your whole grain foods taste lighter, more like they were made with white flour. I love flour from Montana wheat! Remember to store it in the fridge because whole grain flours go rancid in just a few months at room temperature.Theophilus

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/22/2020Good choice for making wholesome breadItem arrived in very good condition. A Big Thank you to Walmart employees and delivery companies workers who are working to fulfill all these online orders. It was my first time using this brand. Flour smelled fresh and I used it to make White country bread in my bread maker. The house smelled so good as the bread was baking. Caloric content is higher than Pillsbury cup to cup measurement. Also needed a little more water than what the recipe said, and I am glad I kept an eye on the dough in the bread maker. The bread itself is towards light brown color, dense and tasty.CharB

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/22/2017Great flour for bakingThis is not white whole wheat but is from a different variety of wheat (it's a hard white, not a soft white). Not as hearty/dense as "regular" or red whole wheat but more flavorful than white whole wheat, you can use this as you would any flour, in cookies, cakes, breads, etc. I wish my store still carried it but it is great that I can order it online for free in-store delivery.Katy

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser10/21/2014Absolute BEST flour! My local store doesn't stock this flour so I have to drive to another town order it online, but it is so worth it because it makes the absolute best bread. The bread rises better, looks better, and tastes better than any other brand of flour I've tried. I get free shipping because I order this flour along with a list of my other usual items until my total reaches $50. But be sure to have things shipped to home and not store pick up, because it takes much longer.FrancieG
