Perfect for Keto
Erythritol is a great sugar substitute. I have been using for long time and it does not spike my sugar. It tastes fine and doesn't have that aftertaste that artificial sweeteners do.

Item Packaging was damaged/defective
The replacement item was damaged. The product packaging had a small hole in the seam at the bottom. I decided not to attempt using the contents for concern its integrity may have been compromised. I do not recommend purchasing this item online, but rather in person in the store, where one has the ability to insure the package is completely sealed.

    My favorite sugar replacement
I love this sugar replacement. It tastes just like sugar with no aftertaste. I wish it was carried in the store.

    Great product, reasonable price
This is my go-to no-calorie sweetener. I add it (powdered) to my sugar free yogurt, and it can make iced tea taste like sweet tea, which is awesome. I have used various brands of erythritol and they all taste the same to me- this brand is good. I powder almost all of it in my Vitamix, which makes it dissolve more easily. Like all granular erythritol, it doesn't dissolve as easily as sugar. I appreciate the reasonable price.

    more than satisfactory sugar substitute
i've been using erythritol for over 15 years. i find it to be a more than satisfactory sugar substitute. although 1/5 less sweet than cane sugar, it has a good flavor and absolutely NO aftertaste. zero calories and zero glycemic index make it ideal.

    Good Diabetic natural sweetener!
Expensive but good, I've noticed prices have more than doubled since I purchased in April, can no longer get good deals on line. That said, it's a great sweetener and it's nice to know it's zero carbs staying in our system! I highly recommend for diabetics!

    WHAT THE ....?
I am so UPSET! What did Walmart just deliver to me? The last 4 lb. punctured bag of Erythritol, sugar alternative or something. It would be okay if I wanted to pour it from the box instead of the bag. This is why I do not do pick-ups at the store. You don't know what they are choosing for you. Oh yeah, you cannot buy in-store. Now, I guess I will have to use another store where I can pick it out myself. In this case they chose a punctured bag of sugar alternative. Looks like someone intentionally or unintentionally punctured the bag. In any event, it should not have been delivered to me. Make it right people. Make it right.

    acceptable when sugar is restricted.
This product does not dissolve well. I find that most things I use it in has a slightly gritty feel when eaten. It is one of the lower priced sugar substitutes, but still pretty pricey. Most of the newer products of this type come in a zip lock bag, but I prefer a container That I can dispense from without having spillage, something from which I can easily pour or measure .
