Good pan makes enormous sheet cakes
I didn't realize how big this pan would be which is my fault, but that being said I did not need to make a sheet cake for 35 people so I used it to bake chicken w/sticky sauce. Nothing stuck ! So it is a good pan.

    Great pan!
    This is an excellent pan, nice and sturdy. It works perfect for my oven roasted spatchcocked chicken, big enough to add carrots and onions to roast along side the chicken. Also it's a perfect half sheet cake baking pan.
