Makes perfect beautiful crust!
I'm not an expert cooker but I love to try new things. I've been wanting to learn how to make a quiche but never had a pan. Although I still have not made a quiche I did use this to cook my sugar cookie crust for a fruit pizza. The crust turned out beautifully! It cooked perfectly and evenly. It was so easy to remove from the pan and looked so professional! I am so happy with the Wilton non-stick metal tart and quiche pan.

Can't attest to the durability of this pan as I've only used it once but I've always had good luck with Wilton products. I made an apple tart to test it and it came out fine. Could be larger, tho. I have to make two of anything using this size. Had no problem with the browning of my tart...it was evenly baked. Not something I would use very often but definitely a good addition to any cook/baker kitchen.

    The Perfect Pan
    I am impressed with the Wilton non-stick tart and quiche pan and think it works great! My favorite feature is the removable bottom. I am not a "tart" expert and found having the removable bottom made my experience a lot easier, and it kept my tart looking pretty. I did not have to use any cooking spray since it has a non-stick surface. It measures 9" diameter x 1" and is dishwasher safe. I like how there is a 10-year limited warranty. This is a great tart pan that makes baking easy and I am excited to try a quiche next!

    This is that item to didn't know could change your life. I thought I had perfected my quiche in my glass pie dish, however I tried it out in this to really exercise it and my goodness did the crust come out perfectly! No sticking and wrangling to get the crispy, savory crust off with your egg goop. It all slid off and crust remained sealed and intact on my quiche. I love this pan, get one of you make any sorry of tart or quiche.

    Im looking forward to using this
    I just received this pan a few weeks ago and I haven't had a chance to try it out yet. However I have always wanted to try making a quiche and I am really looking forward to trying this out. In the instructions it also says you can make a flan or round tart. I think I would like to try out a flan recipe and see how my husband would like it. The pan is shiny gray with pretty decor around the sides that will help make your quiche or tart look great for any kind of dinner with friends or family. In the description it says this pan is non stick and it looks like it would be. The bottom comes out which I wasn't really expecting but I have never owned a quiche or tart pan before. I suspect it is made this way for easy cleaning. I think it would be easier to pull out of the pan too if you want to display it on a pretty plate or something. That way it wouldn't easily fall apart when transferring it. I think this is pretty sturdy also and should wash well in the dishwasher which I will try out today. I received this pan in exchange for my honest opinion.

    I like this tart pan. It's a 9-inch pan which I like better than the usual 10-inch pan, because the 9-inch size exactly fits frozen pie crust. And it's just the exact size to hold 2 cups of filling, or one recipe of key lime filling, for instance. The removable bottom is great, too. Just be sure to set the pie on a flat surface when you take it out of the oven. If you set it on an uneven surface, that removable bottom could pop out too early.

    Wilton Excelle Elite Non-Stick Metal pan
    This Wilton Excelle Elite Non-Stick Metal Tart and Quiche Pan is a nice size and the removable bottom makes for easy removal of your baked goods. I plan on using this alot. I was considering purchasing one for a while and this one was not expensive. I don't tart but I do Quiche alot so I will be putting it to good use. It is non stick and solid.

    Just what I need! I cook from scratch a lot, specially cakes and tarts, and this one with removable bottom is a must in a kitchen It is sturdy, not aluminum or any soft metal, so it can not be deformed. The non stick surface works perfect. It was very easy to handle, I removed my strwaberry tart without problems (and it was heavy with all the creams and strawberries in it!).

    My first tart pan
    I always see cooking show people making tarts, and they seem so elegant – a little more special than a pie. So I took the plunge and got this tart pan. It's a fantastic value. The size is a normal tart pan size. It's a bit smaller than a dinner plate. It is lightweight and easy to handle, but the metal is a sturdy and durable feeling material. The non-stick feature was apparent even when I washed it the first time. It is really smooth and slippery. My first tart slipped right out of the rim and off the bottom easily and was easy to maneuver onto the serving plate. The bottom fits nicely into the rim, and there was no leakage of the contents, but it's so perfectly fitted that it didn't stick or pose any challenge lifting it right out of the rim. Both pieces washed up easily and I didn't have to struggle to get any stuck crust out of the rim's nooks and crannies. In fact, nothing stuck at all. I'm so impressed with Wilton's non-stick surface that I plan to replace my muffin tins, loaf pans and cookie sheets with new Wilton ones. Very impressed and pleased!

    Works like a charm
    My fruit tart came out perfectly using this pan. I did not use any kind of non-stick spray since the pan is non-stick, and the tart came out of the pan perfectly. The bottom is removeable so you can take things out very easily. It was also extremely easy to clean after. I will definitely be using this again very soon.
