Loved it and easy
My sons birthday cake was a hit at his party. The pan came with all the directions from preparing the cake to decorating with icing. I didn't follow the icing directions myself because I changed my colors to the theme of the party so I just looked at the picture provided and eyeballed it. It was fun and I would do it again!

    Good products.
    I like Wilton's pans. I use to have some of their older pan which I liked better-they were more detailed. But I still like making your cakes which everyone gets impressed by.0

    Amazing Guitar Pan
    I purchased the guitar cake pan and made 2 cakes for my brother-in-law who is a musician and he served them at his birthday dance. They turned out amazing and he was thrilled with them. I used the cake release in the pans and they came out perfect.

    SO GLAD TO FIND THIS
    Make a good cake. Also fits in the 3-1 caddy. This will be the perfect birthday cake. My grandson of 7 has been playing guitar since 4 yrs. old so what a great surprise! Different shapes of pans are light weight most of the time, but does it's job.

    Cake released easily from pan. Instructions were clear. The acoustic version was a hit with my musician-loaded family. As noted previously, the strings require the most focus - do not recommend working on the strings when drinking wine!:) A decorating novice can tackle this one...it just takes a little time!

    I am a self taught cake icer - not good enough to be called decorator yet. I made this to resemble my husband's guitar for our son's 2nd birthday and our friends and family just raved about it. The directions were very easy and I just altered the color for our specific guitar. If you wanted something besides icing for the guitar strings, thin spaghetti noodles dipped in food dye would work too.
