Please don't be afraid of my rating!!
I only gave this item 1 star because I had to return it! I didn't return it because it was defective or for any other reason other than it didn't fit into my oven!! It was just a few mm's on each side too wide. I live in an apartment building, and the stove is on the small side. I use a 12 cup muffin pan by Wilton that I love, I just thought it would be great if I could make 24 at a time and freeze the muffins, not that they last too long at my house which was yet another reason to buy the 24 cup tin. I was very disappointed that I couldn't use it. I guess I just have to settle for a 12 cup tin. I believe in this brand though so don't be afraid to buy it! If I could've put a zero I would've just because It was impossible for me to use. If you have a regular sized oven you don't have to worry about purchasing this item. I don't think that I've ever seen an oven as small as the one I have now. A normal oven, like almost everyone on this planet, except for me, has will be able to accommodate this pan. Enjoy it people!!

    I had a problem the first time I used this pan and inquired why. I was advised to spray it liberally before adding in the batter. I did that this time and had disastrous results. There is nothing non-stick about this pan. Terrible product for a well respected brand.

    i would by it again. go for it.
    i used it to make cornbread muffins. did a great job and they came out very easy. it cleaned up so easy. would recomend this product. the only problem i have is where to store it.

    Love this pan!!
    The first time I saw this pan, I immediately bought it, knowing it would make baking cupcakes so much quicker. I've seen on here about cupcakes burning on the bottom....NEVER happened to me and I have used my pan many times. Makes cupcake baking soooo easy and fast!!

    Burns the bottoms
    I'm so disappointed. I have a cake business that provides for my family. I spent money on this 24 ct pan and was excited to have it. Well, I baked an order in it today and didn't smell anything burning and the tops were light. So I decorate and deliver them , only to get a message that the bottoms are burnt. So not only did I waste money on the pan , but I now have to give a refund and damage to my reputation. Wilton is a cake supply company. How can they sell such a poor quality pan to bakers !?

    Really Disappointing
    I bought this muffin pan to make egg breakfast muffins. I literally have tried EVERYTHING to get things not to stick. I've tried every suggesting on every blog and I end up prying them out of the pan every time. I have tried it for different things such as puff pastry cups and muffins, and go figure, everything stuck to these. No matter if I spray, oil, butter, etc., the pan, everything ends up ruined and it is insanely time consuming to try to clean with a bunch of stuff stuck to it. For a "perfect result" pan, I've never come close to a perfect result. I wish I could return this!

    Burns Cupcake Bottoms
    I have always used two pans to make cupcakes. I finally bought these large pans and my cupcakes bottoms burn everytime now. I found that because the pan is so large that it traps the heat under the pan and burns the bottoms. I have heard if I put a cookie sheet under it, that will help. I will try that next time.

    Burns every time
    Every time I use it, it burns the cupcakes. I don't know what keeps going wrong. Even turned down my oven but still burns them and yes I have an oven thermometer so I know my oven is right.

    Amazing Pan!
    I purchased six of these pans in the past few months...after buying the first one I was hooked on it's quality and performance. I use them in a home baking business and they are used multiple times per week...I am so impressed with them..easy clean up.
