Mine leaks also
I was actually on this site thinking I had put it together wrong - only to discover others had leaks. Leaked all over - just from the joint area. I specifically bought the Wilton brand pan over the 'cheaper' store brand because I have always loved Wilton products - Not this one thought. Please fix this issue

    Total Disaster ! Gobsmacked !
    I received a 9" springform pan as a gift. I made a crab cheesecake appetizer recipe from a local restaurant with a lot of expensive ingredients. I placed it in the oven and shortly thereafter my kitchen was filled with so much smoke that I was expecting the fire department to show up. I removed cheesecake from oven and placed it on a baking sheet, where oil continued to drip out. I had to turn off oven, turn on exhaust fan, open all exterior doors, turn central heating off, put it on fan only to draw smoke from house. When the oven cooled down, there was about 1/2 inch of burned oil in the bottom , sides and top were spattered and shelf racks were burned. I had to scrub the oven for hours before I could run the auto clean cycle. Needless to say , I was gobsmacked ! I own many Wilton cake, pie, muffin, tart pans, etc. I gave this springform pan a 1 star rating because that was lowest to select from. What have you done to correct this problem ? I expect a replacement that works properly.

    LEAKED HORRIBLY
    I bought 2 sets of these pans at Michaels. No where on the description does it say that these are for cheesecakes only. In fact, on the Michael's website it says that these pans are, "Ideal for baking delicate cheesecakes or cakes." They aren't! I was making my son's 18th birthday cake and the pans leaked terribly. The oven was a smoking hot mess! I just spoke with Wilton and was told that these were for cheesecakes with a crust only. "Anything else is going to leak." I've used other springform cake pans for 35 years, and I even use them for pineapple upside down cake. I have everything Wilton. I can't express how disappointed I am with Wilton right now.

    I bought my spring form pan a few months ago and Used it to make Christmas cake. It worked perfectly. No stick. Opened easily, I love it and am about to make an angel food cake in it today. Thank you Wilton.

    Leaked badly!
    I bought these some time ago but had not used them. I decided to make a pumpkin cheesecake. Shortly into the baking, I found my oven pouring out smoke. It was butter leaking from my graham cracker crust. I finally decided to put a baking pan under it. I was so afraid that my cheesecake was ruined! I was afraid it would taste like smoke. Thankfully, it survived. I am SO UNHAPPY with this company!!!

    leaks
    I have this pan and used it for cheesecake....It leaked butter from the crust and even the cheesecake mixture came out around the pan...the stove smoked to high heaven! Used it again months later...the same thing...so I removed the springform and put the cheesecake in a glass pan to finish the cooking
