Dont waist your money and time!
Wont connect to my phone. Seems very cheap and doesnt come with even a number to call for help. Im returing tomorrow!

    Awful Customer Service, Good Product
    I just got mine today and I have good and bad things to say about it. I ordered it 4 weeks ago and contacted their customer support and never heard back from them so that was annoying. But. That being said I am extremely happy with it. I have a crappy phone and I was worried it wouldn't work with this phone but it does. The instructions were non existent and packaging was terrible quality but I love it. I put it in my second daughters room and I plan on getting another for my first daughters room and the living room. I'm going to wait a week before I order because I want to make sure it's going to last for a while but so far it only being hours after arriving I am so satisfied. Definitely would recommend if you don't need it in the next week or so... if it's something you don't mind waiting a month for. But all in all its only a 3 star for me due to poor customer service and very slow shipping. Not from Wal-Mart which I did not realize...

    If I could give it zero stars I would. Idk if mine is defected but the store doesnt contact you back to resolve anything. I’ve written to them twice. The first time I gave them 48hrs to respond and the second 28hrs. *Note this is not a product sold by walmart. Buy at your own risk.

    Will not sink to my iphone with up to date ios. So I couldnt even use it and it cost over $10 to return it so its not worth it. To me its just a $22 piece of garbage.

    I mean, I spend $20 in one drive-thru...
    We just got ours today, so I cant say much, but I wanted to get on here and say that, for whatever reason, we couldn’t use our icloud e-mails to register our accounts, but had success with our gmails. We also couldn’t use the V380 app, but had success with the V380 Pro. I hope this helps some of you get connected. I think this is gonna be one or those, “You get what you pay for.” kind of buys, which is just fine with us. (We just want to sneak some peeks on our new baby without disturbing her. We won’t be relying too heavily on it.)

    It took a while to set the camera up to my cellphone. But once I finally got it setup, it has been working like a charm. The power cord isn't very long so it limits where you can put the device unless you either you an extension cord or buy a longer power cord.
