The piece that has the earring in it moves all around very hard to keep it steady then right before it gets to the ear it rises. The worse part is it got stuck and would not release the ear ring!!

    Don't be scared! It's quiet and almost painless!
    Easy to use and great instructions for before, during and after piercing. What surprised me the most was how quiet the process was. As someone who has a very low pain tolerance and doesn't like loud noises, I cannot recommend this enough!

    Wonderful
    The kit was very easy to use. Ive pierced ears for 11 years seeing I work at Walmart. But even if you do not have the experience it is still very easy to use.
