Feeling great
I'm fairly picky about my supplements and don't like a lot of extra calories and sugar in them. Fortunately, this provides me with extra electrolytes and hydration without the additional calories. Extend helps me after workouts with my recovery, but it's also a great hydration tool for everyday use. I feel better after my workouts and great all day long because of Xtend. Not good
I really like taking BCAA's, but I couldn't even choke all of this down. I mixed it with one scoop to 12 ounces of cold water in my blender ball. The taste was more of a sour but not the good way. I drank half and waited a few and went to try to drink the other half but could not stomach it. I really like raspberry flavors, but this was not good at all.     Taste great
    I used this product for a week straight. Following the directions of drinking before and after my activity. I mixed one scoop with 10oz of water. I tried with more water but I preferred the stronger taste of the 10oz. This drink didn't seem to do a whole lot for me the first 3 days of use. But on the 4th day of use I did notice that the pains I usually have in my muscles during my workout were much less. Typically, in the colder months that pain gets worse not better so I am defiantly a believer in this product. The taste is really great much better than others types I have tried.     Love the flavor!
    I was really impressed by the flavor and love how the white powered turns blue after it comes in contact with water. The flavor is really good and not too sweet.     Adds a Kick to my Day
    Some call me a workout freak, going to the gym 5 days a week and climbing 3 days a week. With all that exercising, where do I get enough energy? XTEND Sport Blue Raspberry Ice is the answer! I have tried several different types of electrolytes but none really gave me the recovery I needed until i tried XTEND. 10/10 would buy and get again.     It taste so good and it doesn't have any calories and sugars which is plus point. I use it every morning before and after my workout. It gives me hydration and full stamina during my workout.     Great Product!
    This is the first time I have tried this and I must say it has better flavor than others. It mixes in the water perfectly, I mix 1 scoop in 8 ounces of water. I drink it during and after my workout. I love that it a super easy to mix that dissolves in water or juice very easily and there is no need for shaker, all it needs is a stir. Although I haven't seen much difference in muscle repair or recovery but this really helps me to get through the day with more energy. I believe with regular use there will be an improvement in muscle growth and recovery. I feel so good after taking this and now there is no tiredness or energy draining. This gives me lots of energy and I feel fantastic & energetic throughout the day. This immediately quenches your thirst and protect you from dehydration. I am glad I got this to try and definitely will buy again when I am out. Just try it once you won't regret your purchase. Overall, I like this and will definitely purchase again and would love to try their other flavors also. I would highly recommend this to everyone especially to those who work out regularly like me.     This product has a wonderful taste that left me feeling better then other leading brands after a workout. I drank some before my workout as well and it kept me energized longer then I have before.     Great muscle recovery product
    I just started using this product, and so far I like what it does . This is a pretty good product for muscle recovery. I drink this during my workout by mixing it in with my water bottle or after finishing my workout. What I like most about it is the electrolytes it has and the fact that it is sugar free which is hard to find in sports drinks nowadays. I also like how it is carb and calorie free so it is keto-friendly. I'm no a fan of the flavor, but it's not bad. Smells really good though.
