A great treadmill for small spaces
It takes some time to get used to walking on a treadmill with no handle or grab bar, but otherwise this compact little treadmill is perfect for my office. It's light and easy to move around when I'm not using it, and although it's a bit noisier than they'd have you believe, it's still fairly quiet and doesn't bother others in the house while I'm using it. Overall very satisfied.

Doesn't work, loud and shuts off after 3 seconds
Damaged product, didn't work. Looked so cute but was noisy and ran for 3 seconds before an error message and shut off. Disappointing.

    Worked for about 5 min.
    It checked all of my boxes, but right out of the box, belt kept moving from side to side and I couldn't (and can't) keep it centered in the middle. Had it for over a month and still can't use it. Threw the box away too soon so now can't send it back. Tried company's tech suppot, but I still can't get it to work. Right now feels like a waste of $183.00. Not Happy...

    Not bad, good entry level pad
    Not a bad entry level walking pad. I did have some frustration trying to get the belt adjusted so it didnt slide to one side or the other. It's not too loud, goes up to a good speed and has a 300lb weight limit for those of us who are just starting our fitness journey. Pretty heavy but still easy enough to slide around. The remote is essential, since theres no other way to stop or start the machine without it.

    It's ok at a slow pace
    The belt does not like to stay in place. I've spent hours trying to keep it in one place. After 20min the belt was rubbing and started fraying. I have it in a place where it's scary close to one side but I adjust can't seem to get it to work any other way without constant on-off-adjust. My intent is to work and walk so on and off for hours isn't an option. I suggest you find the sweet spot and keep it at a slow pace to avoid too much belt damage.

    Sadly, don't bother
    Unbelievably disappointing. It came out of the box ready to go with the belt pulling slightly toward the left. You need superhuman strength to be able to make the turns required to get the belt right. After two turns, it still wasn't right; turned it two more times. That was too far to the right. Adjust to the right. It became completely ridiculous. I'm going to return this. It seemed like a good idea, decent price, it is easy to move around, not heavy, holds up to 300 pound…BUT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THE BELT RIGHT, Thereby defeating the purpose of it. I am 5 feet tall, so the short walking space is ideal. What is significant pain this is going to be to return!

    Cheap for a reason
    ER99 “Unmanned shut down” coded on it, but there is no instructions on how to fix it or what it means. All I did was oil it per instructions. Didn't even walk on it yet. It's cheap for a reason. Returning ASAP.

    good product, but received faulty item.
    Just got this today and I’m disappointed because I really wanted to get started on my workout journey from home! I’ll give it a 3 because This item is the perfect size, and functions well but I think I got a faulty item (which is probably why the white one is on sale). It is extremely loud and it sounds more like something is wrong with the motor than the belt. As when I move the belt with my hands and when the machine is turned off, there is no sound. I’m sad because I thought I was getting a deal and now I have to return it in this huge box. I’ll probably just suck it up and get a more expensive one to ensure quality next time.

    The delivery was really fast (ahead of the date given when purchased) but the item arrived damaged. The screen was in pieces. I was so excited for it and because of that, had to return it. The return process is long as well so keep that in mind if you’re in a situation like me. I went ahead and ordered another one so let’s see how it goes.
