So far so good
So far so good. Easy to put together. 30 mins tops for a woman working alone. Its very sturdy. The only thing I'm not a fan of is that the seat tilts forward a little too much. But the seat is soft and doesn't hurt so its something I can deal with.

Cheaply made and no customer service
CHEAP AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE This crank snapped off within a month of riding. The whole durable crank needs to be replaced. THERE PHONE NUMBER IS FAKE

    Exercise bike was delivered rather quick. Love the bike. Had a little request for a price adjustment. They granted my request by going above and beyond. Great customer service. I would purchase from them again!

    Not for me
    I have had the bike for 6 1/2 months as I wanted to exercise out of my house. Worked well for 5 months and then it started to slowly fall apart. Started off with low noise and gradually increased until belt fell off. Reached out to company. They sent me two snap rings and a video to fix the bike. It seems that this is a common problem in which your bike will become useless. I followed the video. Complete nightmare that does not tell you correct ratchet size so I bought the entire kit. Pedals still wont come off as my husband and I have both tried to remove. I plan to donate or trash this thing. I am realizing the quality just isn't there. I ordered my peloton and wish I would have applied that $325.00 to the peloton. This bike was a waste of money and time unfortunately.

    Good responsive after sale services
    Still doing good. Had some trouble with bearing, real early. Contacted the manufacturer and he responded pretty quick. He sent all the fixtures and instructions on how to fix it. Very good experience with manufacturer. Hence, all my points for manufacturer.

    black cover foam on the bike handle bar ripped
    the black foam covers which cover the handle bar is ripped, if screws tight little over its hard to put it back. easy to assemble but instruction book completely different from the parts described in manual book. we got to figure ourself. there is no companys customer phone no to call or talk, if i want to talk to them. i did research before i bought this bike, there is $19.00 different between amazon and walmart for the same bike, amazone is $19.00 more. i read customer review in amazon most of them are happy, because may be customer suuport responsed is good and where as walmart company dont care about there ratings and reviews. imagine if i want to return the bike, its not easy going waiting in the line in this kind of pandamic. i dont its worth buying from walmart $19.00 cheaper than amazon, i think even supplier dont care about reviews from walmart. its not fair that supplier treat differntly.

    Sturdy frame and quiet operation!
    I like the smoothness of the ride and how quiet it is. The only problem I had was the rear part of the frame was bent upwards making it difficult to screw the back left screw down tightly. See pic below. I did not bend this. It came out of the box already bent.

    need to get better product and is too expensive
    The front handle is too small, its hard to move, the pedals are not strong to place feet, the screw to hold pedal cannot screwed to secure. Not what it was expected. Need to get better product

    I was really impressed by the quality of the product and the ease of assembly. Once put together it rode smooth and I didnt feel like the bike was at all wobbly. I find the seat as comfortable as one of these seats can be. Overall a great buy!
