Great workout accessory
I bought the small yellow, 3lb ball. I use it a little with yoga, but I mainly use it with floor workouts. It fits in the palm of your hand. It is perfect for core work and I use it during Russian twists. It is easy to grip, clean, and store. It isn't a rock hard round ball. It almost feels a little squishy.

Balls not same size
These balls are two different sizes. I think it's because one is not as inflated as the other. Not sure if this affects the weight, but they are not the same. Poor QC. See picture.
