    I have these up I put these up in my bedroom with the green panel of green in between them. behind them I have a black sheer hanging. so basically it really don't keep a whole lot of light out and at least the green doesn't the blue seems to be better than Green since it's darker but yes not a whole lot of black out or it's more like a light filter.

    Serves its purpose
    I bought one set of these panels, but needed 2 more sets. Once the second sets arrived, I noticed they were slightly different in texture than the first set. The second set was more shimmery silver, and the first set was more dull, almost gray. I decided to keep them since It was hard to notice the difference once hung. They are light weight, and do darken the room a little bit, but are not blackout curtains. Altogether, I have six panels up, and I'm hoping that will block more light.

    Room Dimming curtains for kids room/good price
    Great price for 2 panels, they are shiny. Also quite thin for room darkening curtains. They will do the job to dim the room, but they certainly don't compare to more expensive room darkening curtains. Pic attached taken at 12:30pm est with a house facing northwest.

    Budget Darkening Curtains for Crazy Cat Lady
    First off... these curtains are well over a year old in the photo now so keep that in mind. We also have 7 cats 2 of those being kittens that climb these curtains. Washing them takes some of the holes out the threads just expand back to normal. They are pretty great. They definitely darken my living room and I love the price point at the length and color these are. It makes it a lot easier to see my TV because we have East facing windows and before noon its very bright in the house. I couldn't justify buying very expensive curtain because I'm a "crazy cat lady" and they just get destroyed eventually anyways. These are perfect for buying and replacing periodically and have great color selections and are decently thick. I do think the lighter colors of these curtains would be less room darkening.

    like them slot because you can't see through them.
    nice colour they appear thin but are not see through.i bought both long pair for my doorway between bedroom and bath . then bought 4 more shorter pairs for my livingroom and bedroom. my cats love climbing them they poke little holes in them ,but it's easy to remove holes by stretching the area a bit holes are gone.
