    bolts too short and too soft
    every bolt is like 5mm too short. couldn't use washers, when I tried it was impossible to even start the nut on the bolt. the bolts are the softest metal I've dealt with. every bolt is stripped

    Poor paint quality
    Paint was chipped in several areas which will lead to rust. Was difficult to assemble because screws were too short on top rails. Not satisfied with the paint, will have to repaint before winter to preserve.

    Bolts too short
    The bolts that came with it were not long enough to go thru the metal tubing to the other side. We had to go purchase new bolts. That was a pain. Also....it is Blue and orange. I don't really know why they sell it in that color combo but you might factor in that you will most likely have to spray paint it to go along with your decor.

    Disappointed with directions
    Directions are not helpful at all. You may as well throw them out and guess at how to put it together cuz thats how bad they are. Frame came scratched up as well. But with all that said once I got it all together I like it.

    Frame is great! What isnt is the assembly. First off the directions are useless. The materials list is very wrong but we did receive all the appropriate pieces. Just dont freak out when you are checking before starting. Also you will definitely need two people to assemble. And be sure to check the direction of pieces before securing!!

    Cheap frame
    The frame is not so sturdy honestly. You can't swing that high. Ok for little ones that won't get too high on it. Does not come with a swing this is just the frame

    Metal swing frame!
    This is a really nice swing frame. Just hoped it was taller in height, it's perfect for little kids and it holds pretty good on weight, i got it for my 11 year old daughter. It was easy putting it together. It would've been a lot easier if the screws were also labeled with letters just like the poles were labeled, it was confusing due to the screws being almost the exact same size with a little difference to tell apart. But overall a good swing set!
