Great bike!
Arrived at my SC house 6 days after placing order. Box looks pristine - no FEDEX damage I could see. Took awhile to get pieces out of box. Worked better when I turned box upside-down. Lots of zip-ties, which just demonstrated the well designed packaging procedures used at factory to stabilize the pieces in the box. I unboxed and assembled the bike all by myself, but I would recommend a helper if you have one - some of the bike pieces are heavy. Everything looks very well made - no cheap manufacturing shortcuts I can see 4 tools are included - three hex keys and one multipurpose wrench. These were all I needed for assembly. Amazon has a link to an assembly video - it helped. Took me maybe a couple of hours for assembly, with breaks. Took it for a 3-4 mile residential street ride the next day with a fully charged battery. Used the motor exclusively, on power level 1, with no pedalling. It handled the mild slopes here very well. Speed seems to respond directly to degree of throttle twist. Afterwards, it took more than 1 hour but less than 1.5 hours to recharge completely. The headlight is bright, well focused with a wide beam and no waste up high. I didn't ride it at night, but I see the bright pattern on my inside wall. The horn is loud enough to alert any pedestrian nearby, and the horn and headlight buttons are well placed. The seat is only around 5 inches wide. My butt is not. I ordered a wider seat to replace it.

    Cracked fender upon arrival was disappointing!
    The bike runs well and gets my 6'6" 16 year old son back and forth 5 miles each way to work. However, it arrived with a cracked front fender, which was very disappointing for a new bike. He's ridden it to work three times over the weekend. It has also started making a squealing noise while riding it, so I hope it lasts. Finally, as others have said, it is very challenging to put it together even watching videos. The videos are slightly different from the parts of the bike. It is a nice looking bike and my son loves riding it so we look forward to getting things resolved. When we do, I will update my review with additional feedback. Hopefully, it will all be positive because my son saved up his hard earned money to buy it himself.

    Likes: Headlight, Cargo Rack, 21 speeds in manual pedal, One button push button for upshifting, many others i know im not thinking Dislikes: No back red light, moreover a back red light could be dual brightness, brighter for braking. Not even a rear reflector. ive only been on 10 mile round trips so i haven't tested the MPC range accurately.. This is my 3rd E-Bike. All have been in the $400-700 range. Very good E-Bike for the price. I just pray tech support WILL NOT be over the pond in China or Japan, like my first one was...

    Ok, easy to assemble, maybe slightly overpriced
    Rear fender arrived broken and the front one is scratched up and the kit was missing a nut. However everything else seems to be okay. Haven't tested it out, wanted my little sister to be the first person to ride her new bike. Bought it for her 16th birthday. Thought this thing would be difficult to assemble so I bought it seven weeks before her bday. But it ended up only taking me three hours to get it put together and this is the first time I've ever assembled a bicycle so I'd say it was very easy to do. So far given what ik I'd say it's an okay bicycle, slightly on the overpriced side but fine. May update/write another review when my sister takes it out on the road for the first time.

    Terrible experience! Not a typical Walmart buy.
    Horrible return policy! If you change your mind. They’ve tried charging us $100 to return it. Not a typical Walmart purchase. Not to mention the service has been awful, days lots of transfers and back and forth. Last purchase I make from either company.

    The shipping process.
    The bike is awesome but it had missing parts and the second party did it right and sent the parts right away. The box has been opened before and taped shout. It was supposed to be a three day shipping but that never happened. It took over four weeks to arrive and not happy when it was missing parts. Got to say the bike is a good quality bike and I got to try it out yesterday it has some power to it. I recommend this bike for anyone but if it comes in looking like it was opened before return it don't be like me lazy to Repack it and send it back.

    It's a good bike.
    It's a good starter bike. Both fenders came damage beyond repair. The front wheel is a little bent as well. The headlight position is poor. If you hit a bump, the headlight hits the under side of the fork. While pedaling, and turning at the same time, my foot hits the front tire.
