    These only work if you give them two instead of one and nobody wants to risk that a friend told me it works if you give them double the dosage listed but I would t recommend trying more than directed

    It works! I only use half a gummy
    I LoVE thsi Zarbee's it really has helped me gwt my toddler into a hood bedtime routine. Even waking up at 7am she skipped naps and by the time it was bed time would jave a hard time getting herself to relax and gall asleep bc she was too tired! I am grateful foe this ive been using it for ovwr abywar now on my 3 year old and she doesnt show any megative side effects bc its natural which i love. I honestly only give her half a gummy bc a full oneade her knock ojt too whicllt and i think its too kuch so half helps herngall asleep rather than make her fall alseep with a full one
