Inappropriate products swap for multiples of cost!
Seller shipped smaller product (3.2 vs 4 oz bars) and charged nearly 4x the cost (should have been less than $5 per package, but I was charged $16 per package!). Not sure how Wal-Mart or seller determined this was an appropriate change. Will be returning for refund.

    complicated, you had wrong address for me
    I liked the soap when I finally got it, but I give you 1 star because you delivered my item to a vacant house where I no longer lives. My neighbor called me and I picked up the item. Otherwise I wouldn't have got the soap because where you delivered to was an empty house. Check addresses more carefully next time.
