Efficient Service
We have used this greenhouse for a year and it is still in good condition. Although some accessories are aging, the seller has replaced it for us. If you have any difficulties, please contact the seller, they can solve all the problems for you. We will recommend it to others.

A disaster
I got the frame put up and then I got the cover out to put it on the frame. The seams on the cover was holes open that shouldn't be down 2 seams. It took me two hours to put the frame up and then I find a cover with holes. So now, the rain and cold comes in the greenhouse. The other thing was one of the bars was bent on the frame. I am so disappointed I was looking forward to actually having a greenhouse to start my plants indoors this February for my garden. I had it since December because it was a Christmas present but put it up in January. This is all I wanted for Christmas. :(

    A Hard Lesson For Me!
    The greenhouse arrived sooner than expected! It was easy to assemble and looked great. The roof seams leaked during the rainy spring. Being a neophyte, I didn't stake in down and a windstorm deposited it over a 7' fence into a neighbor's yard(where II retrieved it at 4AM). I staked it down, after that, but another windstorm blew the fabric off of the frame with several rips and torn securing ties.

    Love it!!! Great price!
    Love it! I was worried because of low price. You do need to figure out how to keep it down we used 2x4 with holes drilled in them and rebar pounded in the ground. Plus I had to put a fence around it so my dogs would not ripe it. Lots of room and I'm taller and zippers work great and trap is long enough to put blocks or something on it to hold it down !

    Wasted my time, product and return policy faulty
    Description stated a "Heavy Duty Steel Frame". Evidently not, the very first time we got a little wind, the heavy duty frame folded into itself. This item is listed as an outdoor greenhouse, maybe so if you have no wind. If there had been a severe storm or tornado then I would understand and just buy another one, stuff does happen but this was not the case. Second issue is the warranty and return promise is not correct. I did the return online which seemed very easy and I was pleased at first. I was directed to return the product to a Walmart store and they would scan my bar code. Once this was done my funds would be returned on my card within a few days and the store would send it back. I ended up spending about an hour at the service desk and when it was all said and done I was told they can't do it and that I need to take the item when I leave. I will say the two at the service desk (Wiggins, Ms) tried their best to take care of me and I was very happy with the effort they put forth and they did tell me to contact the online seller and if that that did not work to call another number for marketplace. I contacted Zimtown by email and was asked to provide proof that it was damaged. So I unpacked it and sent pictures of the bent frame. Well I just got Zimtowns reply, I have pasted their solution below. "For this case, do you accept we issue you refund $20 as a compensation ? We hope you can keep the product" I guess I will have to make some more calls. Up until this incident, buying off this website had been great but after this I will not shop here anymore. Huge waste of time in the end. I will also never buy anything from Zimtown again and just build an actual greenhouse myself.

    We did not receive the instructions, there are many types of accessories, their sizes are different, we are completely confused, fortunately we found a similar installation video, we finally installed it.

    Cheap and easy to install
    This product is suitable for the elderly because its price is reasonable and the installation steps are simple. The quality of the product is not very different from the greenhouse that I bought for $500. This is a wise seller.

    It is extremely easy to assemble and very sturdy. We are in a low wind zone, so we just buried its redundant structure underground. If you are in a strong wind zone, please further strengthen it.The toughness after reinforcement far exceeds those of $300 or $400.
