Terrible
This item was terrible. It is from an outside source called Zimtown. They have been super super unhelpful. It took a very long time to come up with no solution. The zippers split the second you put anything in the suitcases. They are very poorly made.

    DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
    Don't waste your money. They are so pretty BUT 2 wheels broke off of the larger case the very FIRST time I used it. So disappointed.

    I took the large suitcase to Boston and it already cracked from the top on both sides I am glad that I was not going on a longer journey (London), I would have had to purchase another suitcase from there for my return. Very disappointed with this suitcase set. For my return to LA I had to patch the cracked side with duct tape. The picture will show the damage side

    Surprisingly study
    Love the texture and shell, it's hard but soft. Last Luggage that I owned they were hard and easily cracked. They are durable and has a lock on the side. The wheels were surprisingly sturdy. When I purchased. I did t think they would hold up but these luggage set is worth it

    Poor quality/not sturdy for check in
    The medium size suitcase arrived damaged. That means that the product is poor quality as it was damaged being nested inside the larger suitcase and shipped in a box. Imagine what happen if it went through the airport into the belly of the plane. You would be lucky if you got your belongings let alone the luggage at your destination as it would be in pieces. I was looking forward to this set, but turned into a disappointment instead.

    Think Twice or Read the Reviews
    I purchased a set and just completed my first trip with two of them. The large and small one. It did not survive even one trip. The zipper came undone from the seam on one side and then the hard shell cracked open on the topside corner (large size was checked in). I am requesting a refund, but I'm not too hopeful. This should not have happened upon it's first use. From the looks of the other reviews, it doesn't seem I received a defected luggage. It seems to be more common than not - I'm very disappointed with my purchase and overall quality.

    Caution if Frequent Traveler
    These suitcases would serve well for light traveling by vehicle. However, the zippers on the inside are flimsy and of the 6 pieces we ordered half are already broken. Further, on my first flight with one of these, one of the wheels got broken off.

    Overpriced disposable luggage
    We bought two sets of these three piece ensembles for our family of six to travel for the holidays. My suitcase (the largest one) was cracked before we even left and came back to baggage claim completely broken. The middle size had a new crack, and the smallest one in the other set for my baby's clothes was coming apart at the bottom. Traveling with a toddler and infant is stressful enough with a large family, I really did not need the added headache of not one but two brand new sets of luggage falling apart on me!

    Wheels do not smoothly roll.
    It is an attractive set of luggage. With that said, the wheels were not the best. It was difficult to roll through the airport. The tires did not swivel which caused the wheels to not roll and make abrupt stops.

    Not the best but it works
    Got this luggage set so i can go on a big three week long trip. When i was getting my luggage of the carousel in the airport the wheel popped right off. Once i got to my hotel i fixed the wheel by screwing the screws back into the wheel and the next day the wheel was loose again. This is a good luggage set but i doesnt withstand heavy weight and for it being durable it keeps getting messed up.
