Bad quality Luggage and customer service
Zipper broke first time I tried using it. In 2 different places and Walmart or the seller won't take it back and refund me my money

    It got damage right away on first trip I understand airport crew don't handle luggage right but I would of expect to last a couple more trips

    I love the color of the set I got. It is very poor quality. The medium one got busted up on the first trip I used it and the divider in the big bag ripped and came apart.

    One and done
    Loved the color but didn't even make it into the airport before breaking. On its first journey and as I am walking into the airport, a wheel snaps off. Ok no big deal I will look at it once I get to my destination. Try to MacGyver it with a pair of tweezers but it fell off again. Return back from the trip waiting in line to check my bag, a second wheel snaps off completely leaving a large hole in the bottom of my suitcase. Needless to say, a wasted purchase.

    When I got the suitcases I love the color they're lightweight very nice. The problem is we use the suitcases the next day and the airport and it got damaged already so I need to get a refund or another one. I'm very upset about this because that should not be damaged that quickly so it's either poor material making because suitcases are thrown all the time in the airports

    Cheap! Busted after first use!!! Zipper didn’t even make it to the airport and suitcase was NOT even full. I had saved room for souvenirs. Had to use straps to secure shut and then wheel (see photo) was busted after first flight.

    The item arrived scuffed but that wasn't the end of the world. We went on a vacation 2 days after it arrived and the 24" suitcase cracked before we even made it into the airport. The 28" suitcase made it until the return flight home were it too cracked at some point. The smallest bad stayed home so no issues with that. After we got home the 24" suitcase had a part that was in the line of the crack completely break off so now it has a whole in it. The day we returned I tried reaching out to Zimtown to ask for either a replacement or a refund if they believed another set would do the same thing and have not received a response back. I have just submitted for a refund which I'm told could take up to 3 weeks after the luggage is returned to receive.
