The bar I couldn't live without
I first bought these at least 10 years ago and have been hooked ever since. I eat one every single morning and i still look forward to waking up every morning to eat one. The Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough bar is hands down amazing and i seriously wouldn't know what to do without them. Please never discontinue it, my mornings would never be the same. Love these bars <3

Disappointed with the changes
I switched to eating Zone Perfect bars from Builder Bars when Builder Bars changed their formula 6 months ago. The new Builder Bars were dry and tasted off. In addition they caused gas pains shortly after eating them which many people have attributed to the addition of hickory root extract. For awhile I was happy to have found an alternative bar, but these most recent changes to the Zone Perfect bar have left them tasting just as dry and off as the Builder Bars. In addition the new Zone Perfect bars include hickory root extract which seems to once again be giving me stomach issues.

    Bring back the old recipe
    I have been eating these bars for about four years and within the past year I noticed a change in recipe. These used to be my favorite protein bars, but now I don't really like them anymore. They taste dry and even the color of the protein bars has changed. Please bring back the old recipe! They used to be so good!

    What Happened to Zone Bars?!
    It seem Like they changed overnight! They don't taste the same! Every bar opened appears like it melted regardless of where I purchased them. It happens to me quite a bit. Something I once enjoyed is ruined by change or new and “improved”. It merely means, to reduce our over head and increase our profit, our product now resembles a cheap knock-off.

    very disappointing change
    I have purchased the mint bar for years and truly love them. They have changed the recipe. It is not the same great taste! It looks like they added chocolate drops. They are too sugary and sweet now. I'm very disappointed. I may have to remove them from my daily nutrition Please change them back to the original recipe!!

    Something is off about the Oatmeal Choc Chunk bars
    I've purchased the Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk classic bars 3 times, hoping the experience would be better, but there is something about the taste that is not quite right. The chocolate pieces are nice, but there is a STALE taste overall, and the texture is also a bit odd. I really miss the Chocolate Almond Raisin bars that I would buy every month (I don't see them in stores anymore), and I haven't found a good replacement, so I'll try another brand.

    Disappointed with the change
    These were my favorite protein bars, but the latest box I bought (Jan 2020) left me really disappointed. The flavor is different, the texture isn't as chewy, it seems like there's pockets of air in the bars rather than being consistent throughout, and there's more fat and calories to boot. I guess this will finally break my Zone bar addiction, because I won't be buying them anymore. :(

    Quality Decreased Notably after Dec. 2019
    These were my favorite Protein Bars for several years until my most recent purchases. The company has obviously cheapened the bar significantly in a recent change, so these taste like an entirely different bar than before. It no longer has the same strong peanut butter flavor or moist, chewy texture. The bars now have an odd burnt flavor, are very dry, and have odd inconsistent crunchy textures. Very disappointed that they changed the bar while keeping the same name... I thought I was buying the same PB bar I've been buying for years, but was very disappointed when it is obviously a very different recipe now. It tastes much cheaper and synthetic.

    Formulation Change
    I discovered this bar last year, and it became one of my favorites. This week I found that it had changed, first notable as a change in the package. I don't know what precipitated the change, it doesn't seem to be discussed on the website. I bought one of the new bars to try. My first impression is that the taste and texture have changed as well as the packaging. In my opinion, none of the changes are improvements, they are detriments.

    The best snack EVER!!!!
    I went on dialysis over a month ago and the diet is very frustrating because I can't eat a lot of my favorite foods anymore. But, they gave me one of these at the dialysis clinic and it tastes like Heaven! Incredible tasting and a VERY healthy snack!
