Excellent product; excellent service!
We bought this trampoline after reading numerous trampoline reviews, and we were not disappointed. Assembly wasn't as bad as some people say (although the instructions could be written more clearly). I am very impressed with the quality of the trampoline. The net enclosure is of a good quality too, but it seems to be more of an afterthought, as it is not integrated into the frame of the trampoline. I think you could buy a similar aftermarket net for an existing netless trampoline.
I am most impressed with the customer service of Maxlead, the third party seller we bought our trampoline through on Walmart.com. Once we had our trampoline assembled, I noticed that the trampoline mat had a pull in it (a loop of a single thread). As I was worried this would affect the integrity of the mat, I alerted Maxlead's customer service to the problem, and they sent me a new mat within days at no additional charge! They even told me to keep the original mat I had received! I've read that Zupapa has a good warranty, so maybe this service is also a reflection of that. Either way, I couldn't be happier!

Missing parts
Nice looking trampoline but missing half the springs. Um, you sell trampolines. Might want to make sure you include the springs. I know it sounds crazy, but maybe you have a packing list on hand before you ship the product so you can ensure all the parts are there? Call me crazy...

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser10/25/2022Quality trampoline with unmatched costumer serviceWe bought the 12' trampoline for our kids. It's very sturdy, pretty easy to put together (it will take two people), and the safety net is great. We had some trouble with the foam covers for the safety poles. Contacted the company and they sent us out new ones right away. Their trampolines are great, but there customer service is really outstanding.Everley

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser10/16/2022AmazingGreat value, we are the hot spot in the neighborhood since putting this tramp in. Besides attaching the tramp to the springs, assembled it all alone without trouble. Very easy assembly. Very sturdy. So thrilled.Florence

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/09/202212 ft Zupapa TrampolineThis trampoline came quickly and in great shape. Put it together in around two hours with two people. The part that was most tedious was attaching the hardware to pole supports (make sure you have a racheting tool to tighten those) and lacying the rope through the bottom of the net and through the springs. It is well made and should last quite a while. My grandson is getting it for his birthday. I know he will love it:)Deborah

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/27/2022My daughter and I LOVE this!!!I bought this trampoline to help my daughter and I increase our physical activity in a fun way at home. This is a very well constructed trampoline. VERY bouncy!! I purchased the 12 foot one. It is the perfect size for my daughter and I. I'd even say a third person could bounce without too much difficulty. The instructions say to only bounce one at a time, but there is plenty room for more than one and the weight limit is plenty high to accommodate more people. Just need to keep safety in mind I suppose . It took me a couple of hours to assemble. I had one person help with getting the legs on but that was it. The part that took the longest was “sewing” the net barrier on to the bouncing platform. Still it wasn't hard to do, and once finished, it is very secure. I would be comfortable with toddlers bouncing on this (with supervision of course) as the net attaches is such a way as to protect the bouncer from getting into the springs. Definitely recommend.Werner

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/27/2022Great purchaseThe instructions are easy to follow and I love that it came with gloves and the spring tool for two people to help with assembly. It took a few hours to get all the springs in the right places and the net sewed into the springs. It seems sturdy and very bouncy. The whole family loves it.Uriah

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/21/2021It did not hold up for my 140 daughter with autismGot this in November and set it up in my house after Christmas so my Autistic daughter would have a trampoline in the house just like at her therapy. See pictures it started breaking late January by one of the tabs breaking off then last month and this month it just kept getting worse. So I have purchased a new one today.BKM001

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/23/2017Great product, easy to assembleThe 15' Trampoline arrived about 4 days early and was packaged very neatly and securely. Very easy to assemble. It took 1 adult male 2 hours in the dark with a flashlight in 15 degree clear weather including clearing a 6" deep 20' circle of snow to work in and a 10 minute break to defrost. Photo included of about 1/2 way point. The product looks very well made.Mack
