Excellent trampoline
Well designed and made trampoline. We love how the Mat is sewn to the trampoline so there are no dangerous gaps. The net is great and fits on the outside of the tramp, giving it a bigger feeling when jumping. Assembling the net into the poles was challenging and frustrating. It takes two people.

good trampoline
sturdy trampoline. instructions were easy to understand. took time assembling the enclosure as my hubby assembled on his own. the base of trampoline was easy to set up. kids love it!

    Bouncy and fun!
    14 ft purchased. We went with that size because my kids are 12 and 14, and with tricks etc., this is a better size than 12ft for the bigger kids. Kids absolutely love it!!! Very bouncy, great for flips, but feels safe. We like that the netting is on the outside. Assembly was pretty straight forward, but give yourself 2-2.5 hours. My husband had a few handy tools that sped it up. You do need 2 people, and be sure to count around the circle when you attach the springs, so you don't have to start over! We've only had it 2 weeks, but super happy with it! Good value!

    Everything and more!
    As expected trampoline was delivered in 3 separate shipments. All arrived within a week of placing the order and no missing parts! Assembly was pretty straight forward with two adults assembling the frame. We put the fabric on starting with 4 points EXACTLY 90 degrees apart and then rotating around clockwise installing an additional spring in each quarter. It worked perfectly. The key point is the quality is superb. You won't be disappointed.

    Very pleased with the overall product!
    This trampoline is exactly what I wanted for my grand kids Christmas gift. Easy to set up with two persons working on it. Followed instructions that came with the product. The 15 feet is large enough for the kids to use into their teens and beyond. They love it!

    Not only have I been impressed with the quality of this trampoline but the customer service is equally as great. Just a few weeks after setting up the trampoline I had a really large tree limb snap off from a large mature tree that damaged two of the metal rods holding up the netting. It could have been much worse. Anyway, I emailed the company and they quickly sent replacement parts at no cost after I explained what happened. I feel like that level of customer service has become pretty uncommon. Highly recommend!

    Great buy!
    I started setting this up by myself, then my husband got home early and helped me finish. I got to most of the springs by myself and it was pretty easy, but I have set up trampolines in the past when I was a kid so I knew the process already. I was very thankful for my husband's help when it came to the net. It is definitely a two person job to make that happen! We ended up taking the rubber bottoms to the legs off and putting the net poles a few inches up from the ground so it didn't dig up our grass when moving it to mow under. It stays in place even set up that way. At least I don't notice it moving around. I was very confused about how the mat was connected to the blue cover when reading reviews. I wanted to add some pictures that show that process for other potential buyers. Basically there is a blue pad that goes on top of the springs and another blue cover is sewn to the jumping mat. That blue cover has straps that go around the frame and hold it all in place. It works pretty good and I was impressed with the design! Great buy and I'm glad we spent a little more for this one. The quality shows!

    Great Trampoline - Great Company
    Came in a total of 3 boxes. With the help of a friend, we were able to put together in about 1 1/2 hours taking our time. Definitely some great quality materials included plus instructions which was easy to understand. Can't wait to the grandkids faces light up when they see it for Xmas as it's one of their gifts. Would definitely recommend!!

    Excellent product
    It took us 3 hours to fully assemble the trampoline, my son really loved it. But about 20 minutes later, I found a damaged spot on the mat. Not a hole but a few broken threads on the mat. Contacted the seller and got a new mat in 2 days. I'm very impressive of the service. I was only asking for some repair kits since it's a big hassle to disassemble and return it.

    Great product would highly recommend!
    My husband set this up in an hour and 15 minutes!!! 10ft size is perfect for my two kids but they could have a few friends over and it would still be fine. Super easy set up and good instructions. The net is extremely safe, it caught my three year old from going off the edge easily. I love that the padding is sewn into the mesh so it doesnt come up and feet cant slide under while jumping, these things have come a long way since I had a trampoline growing up. My three year old and four year old have a BLAST! When we do need a bigger size in the far future this is a great brand for the price and the safety features are amazing!

    Awesome trampoline!! Highly recommend!!
    Zupapa is the absolute best! We bought a Zupapa trampoline 4 years ago because of its safety rating. My kids have loved this trampoline so much and it was a huge lifesaver during the pandemic. We noticed, however that we probably needed to replace the net this year and the padding around the springs. I contacted customer service and got a reply from Jenna in a timely manner. She was so easy to work with and quickly got me a quote for a new net and padding. While she was doing that, my husband and I started throwing out the idea of getting a new one. Jenna was very patient with me and my many emails :) We ultimately ended up buying a new one and couldn't be happier with our experience with Zupapa. If you're looking for a great trampoline and outstanding customer service, you won't be disappointed.
