Disappointed!
Read the good reviews and purchased this trimmer. After using it for a few minutes, this trimmer stopped working. Opened it up, replaced battery and it worked for a few minutes, then shut down. Very disappointed in this product. Unfortunately, cannot return it because I threw the original packaging out. Do not buy this trimmer.

    Not a good tool.
    Used it for few months and it seemed to have little power and while trimming continuously stuck between hair. Changed battery but no use.

    Awful
    Battery cover pops off constantly when the groomer is in use. Also, the motor stinks. Even with fresh batteries it surges from a high to low rate of speed at will.

    Box came a bit damaged on arrival but everything was just right. I don't know if they have assorted colors I thought I would be getting a pink one but I definitely still like the color I got. Comes with a battery and an extra attachment. Also a cap for the top. I'm loving it so far.

    Save your money.
    I wish I would've spent the extra money to get the Wahl brand. These aren't terrible, but they aren't great either. I use name brand rechargeable batteries, but these constantly run like the batteries are dying, even when I put in one fresh out of the charger. They also don't like to cut coarser hair. I guess I'll use them until they stop working, but I'll definitely be buying a different brand after that.

    Excellent product does not pinch my hairs and I use it faithfully every two to three days as needed whereas scissors or other shaving methods that pull my facial hairs. It's a definite improvement!

    Amazing Trimmer
    I am highly impressed with how well this trimmer works! I honestly went for this one because it is the Clio brand and I have used other products by them and was instantly in love! I love how it get all the hairs at close range with no pain or tugging of any kind. My skin is always smooth and I am always very pleased with the outcome of how I look after i use it on my eyebrows and unwanted lip hair!! I have even used on my pesky sideburns as well I will not use any other trimmer.

    Every woman should own one of these!
    I use this on my baby hairs on my face and it makes all the difference in the world with makeup application and staying power. No your hair will NOT grow back thicker or darker!! I consulted with my dermatologist before using this and she recommended it!!!

    Efficient. Pro tip: store the battery separately from the device. Couldn't pick the color... they sent me pink.
