It was USED?
The iHome Nova I ordered and paid full price for was USED. The pad was filthy, the bag inside had dirt in it, and the tower was covered in dust. I'm going to return it. I paid for a brand new vacuum.

    This front wheel broke while it was cleaning this morning. I bought this 3 weeks ago. Mine is tile floor with only one rug in the living room. wondering how cheaply it was made not to last one full month for $200

    Great robot vacuum. Easy to setup. Most difficult thing is getting it out of shipping box. You need to be able to connect to a less than 5G network to fully use app. It works great.

    This little guy is fantastic. Smartest robot vacuum I have seen. My parents have one that self empties and even they wanted to upgrade to this one once they saw it in action. The mopping feature works well for what it is. If you were to go over ur floors with a single motion swifter that would be what the mop feature does. It's not going to get sticky stuff up but it will get dirt and smudges off if u have dogs. When you first hook up the water part it puts out a lot of water but as it mops it is less so don't freak out if it looks like too much at first it's just trying to get the whole pad wet. You can purchase parts for it through the app. It is a little loud but so is a regular vacuum. I have run this little guy every day since we got it and the bag has lasted a week so far without changing it out. I have 3 dogs. It does roughly 500sqft in 45 mins.

    Pretty sad buy!
    Received a broken remote. Other items seems intact. It does work however with the button on the robot. My initial views about it is pretty sad, It could not find the charging station on its own. It kept on bumping in and around the power station but couldn't get to it. it does make a loud noise with greeting voice, which I personally find very annoying. Though there is a button on the remote to turn off the voice all together. A few more controls on the robot itself would have been great, also a charge indicator.

    I recently started using it so I don't want to rush with high praises, In general, if you take everything into account, this vacuum cleaner deserves good words in work, at the price that it has in Walmart. For those who rely on voice control a lot, I want to say only two commands work there at once. It's turn on and turn off and nothing else in both app Google and Alexa. Everything else works pretty well. For example such, Area cleaned 36 sq. miters elapsed time 33 min. Mop is very nice also, sensors indicate very well all objects that surround. The maps that he creates in the application are saved in history, this is a big plus. Cleaning the area separately for each room is also available, you just need to map all rooms and set the names. Spot cleaning he performs only if he is directly in the given room, for example, if you keep him on the charging base, and give him the task to clean up a spot in another room, he will not do this. What else, customer support is really good no problem, apart from his voice control Google and Alexa , this vacuum cleaner performs all the functions indicated in the sales advertisement.

    Congrats On Your Very Expensive Junk Buy!
    Most definitely not worth the money at all. I was ok with the larger size given it mops as well... that is a joke. within the first 15 minutes of it in use i had to help it along about one a minute bc it continually gets stuck on literally nothing....it will mop, turn around to the wet area and the wheels will not grip to help it move. Have a slightly uneven spot in your home? yeah this bad boy sits directly on the ground and will NOT move like a stubborn child. I'm returning it.... more hassle than a traditional mop. I guess this was only designed for brand new homes with perfect lines that have tile with nonslip surfaces. oh and it doesn't support 5G so you'll probably be trashing this in 2 years anyways. No mention of that in the description.

    Product itself is outstanding /software needs help
    The product is amazing!!! But the app is very bad and poorly made :/. Let me be more specific 1) gps disconnects all the time so I might get lost in the map = you don’t know where is cleaning. 2) when you set up a cleaning schedule make sure you set it up right from the beginning otherwise system might not recognize the device to change it or modified it. It all might seem like js not a big deal until you need to modify it.

    Awesome robot vac!
    The app is great. This model has LIDAR and you can see what it sees as it maps your house. It shows in real time where the robot is and what it cleaned. I love this vac. I've tried other brands in the price range and this is way better than what I've tried. I'm super impressed! The only drawback I've seen is that the base uses a bag. A recurring cost to use this vac. For me, the app, mapping and control are way better than similar brand units. I highly recommend!
