Perfect, no scratch, no dent. Good price. I was easily able to use my sim for Walmart family mobile. I haven't had any issues at all. Great phone!

I thought this was a good deal until the touch screen started having scrolling and typing issues. Gonna have to pay another $100 to get this refurbished phone fixed.

    Purchased this phone for my grandson for his birthday to play games on when he comes to visit. Phone worked great the first couple of times he played on it than it died completely within a couple weeks. No way to contact seller and Walmart told me thats what I need to do.

    Phone can not be activated. I need to return it. The phone is useless. Why you you even be selling a out of date useless device. Very unhappy, I would rated a minus 10 stars if given the chance.

    Came the day they said it would. But the phone won't hold a charge for anything. Had to order a battery and replace it myself. First time ordering a phone that refurbished online. Won't do it again. Will just go to a phone store. Other then the battery the phone works great.
