Chairs are very uncomfortable
The chairs are no good. Purched them for my parents and my mom could not even set in them it caused her to have muscle spasms really bad. And now im having a hard time returning them

    controller needs work
    The chair is comfortable and I love the cup holders. Putting it together was easy but the chair is a little flimsy since it just slides together. WHat I really dislike is that the controller is so sensitive to the touch. The massager is VERY noisy and turns on all the time when you don't even realize you touched the button.

    great for price
    84 yrs old loves this chair. very comfortable and performs as described. 5'9" and feet do hang off the chair when reclined a little but its n big deal for me. Remote is a bit tricky to get used to but overall very happy with purchase.

    The heat and vibrating part of the lift recliner work great. chair is super hard, feet hang off and I'm only 5'2 . Will be in process of returning this item.
