Yummy Gummy Sleep Chews
I normally don't like gummies, but the mouth-feel of these is very pleasant and they don't take forever to chew and swallow. The flavor is fresh and fruity without being tart. They're a pleasant treat to chew on before bed. I haven't taken them alone to help me sleep, so I'm not sure how well they work alone. I usually have a shot of vodka before bed to get me to sleep quick. I have noticed that when taken together (I take four gummies) I get to sleep faster and that I stay asleep longer and my sleep is more restful.

    Melatonin gummies!!! These work! :-)
    I take one of these a night (the bottle lasts longer that way), and that works perfectly for me (I am petite sized)! I fall asleep in half an hour, and stay asleep all night! No groggy feeling the next day, just a fresh and well rested feeling. I plan to have these on hand forever. The gummy is nicely flavored too.

    Not groggy next day
    Used to get this on Amazon but it's no longer there. I noticed the size of the gummy is a little smaller than before, but as long as the miligrams are the same, who cares. I like these, and probably take 4 or 5 a night. I take one everytime I wake up in the night, which is every hour to two hours. Even though I take that many, I don't feel very groggy when I do finally get out of bed. Others I've tried do.

    Great sleep aide.
    I've been using these for about a month now. They seem to help me fall asleep. I don't wake up feeling drugged. I feel refreshed and have more energy after a good nights rest. They taste good and dissolve easily in my mouth. I'll buy these again.

    The recommended 2 gummies (serving size) works fairly well but I usually wake up 3-4 hours later. But sometimes 3 or 4 gummies may be needed to sleep more soundly depending on your tolerance/needs.
