    Paint chips and flakes
    After just a few months of use, the paint on the case started chipping and flaking. When I contacted the seller about the case being defective, they refused to exchange it or provide a refund. This is not what I would expect from a product marketed as "rugged".

    READ THIS BEFORE BUYING
    I bought this about 2 weeks ago, and I have no memory of ever dropping it before today. I dropped the phone, and my screen was immediately entirely shattered. I will never buy or reccomend this to anyone.
