Highly recommend
My first time using an electric lawnmower and if wasn't for me tripping over the cord, I would have forgotten it was electric. My back yard had been neglected so I was unsure if this electric mower would get the job done. This mower cut with no problems and any sticks that I didn't see the mower handled them well. I also like the fact that you can also raise or lower your cut height.

Don't buy - doesn't work as it comes.
Well, it stopped working on day one. It also trips my home's breaker each time I try to use it. To make it work again, you must buy a bridge rectifier and install it into your brand new mower. These are built so cheaply and crappily that they require repairs on day one, after mowing a very small yard? So much time has been wasted by this thing, and I've read dozens and dozens of reviews on Amazon from people having the exact same problem who had to repair the mower themselves while it was brand new.

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/30/2023Great litttle mulcherThis is a great little mower. Is happily gobbling a quarter acre of 18-inch-tall green Spring weeds and mulching them without complaint here in the southern New Mexico desert mountains . My first test of it. Am pleased with the purchase.Unknown

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/22/2023Corded electric lawn mowerThis is my first mower and have been very pleased. It is not heavy nor light weight so it is perfect for me. The assembling was very self explanatory as I only used the manual to see what extension cord to use. Other than that, the only down side with a corded lawn mower is just that, it is corded. So you have to get the hand of where to start mowing to avoid constant cord tossing.Alejandra

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/17/2023Easy peasySo I had my doubts about this especially since it’s electric. Well it’s pretty awesome! I don’t have a huge yard so it was definitely convenient. Gets the job done. Obviously you will need an extension cord. It’s not heavy either you will have to push but it’s not hard very easy.Bri

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/08/2022love it.Love this electric mower. Just plug in, and go. Love that it came Almost fully assembled. Easy to adjust height. Easy to push. I just had to get used to the cord, didn't take long though. Still a little cumbersome moving the cord around, but the more you cut, the more you get used to it. Its easy now, and I don't have to buy gas .AH

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/14/2022pros and consThe positive: no gas-related worries, easy to assemble, easy to push. The cons: blades either not sharp, or else poorly designed, because cut grass looks shaggy and has to be mown more than once from multiple directions; it beats the grass into a thick paste that sticks to the underside of the mower. This Greenworks mower replaced my old inexpensive BlackAndrea

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/12/2022Was great until it wasn'tHad for a few Months now and was loving it. But this past week i get it plugged up and it gets the chord unplugged on accident and it won't turn back on!!! I've been trying to cut my front lawn for a week now. My fault for letting it get unplugged but it's really getting frustrating!kendra

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/27/2022WorksI tried out my new electric lawnmower and it works perfectly for my small yard. I will have to work with the cord to maneuver easily on my hill, but all in due time. The lawnmower is light and easy to maneuver on the grass and hill. It cut beautifully. I am very happy with my purchase of the Greenworks 18", 12 amp corded lawnmower. Great price for a great product.MJ

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/09/2022Well worth the money and would recommend.Excellent shipping. Arrived a day early even. Immediately assembled it, pulled out some cords and got busy. And after a day of rain yesterday, didn't slow it down a bit. If you never used a corded mower, it takes a bit of adjusting, but when I weigh it out with yanking on a cord hoping to get a good start on a gas mower, my scale tips to plugging it in.Jeffrey

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/08/2022Same as pictured! Not as described!I gave it a 4/5 because of the sale price paid but not a 5 because of the inaccurate description. Wasn't really paying much attention to these, but saw an ad and as I quickly scanned, I seen it had a cutting range of 1-3/4" to 3-3/4" and that's what convinced me to purchase it at the over 50% off price (never would pay the $149) I did see the one photo that showed 1-1/2"`but didn't expect it to be another reading altogether, once received. 1-5/8" to 3-1/8" Not sure how accurate the measurements are, but they nailed how inconsistent the readings can be. Had it cost anymore, it would be returned and just giving a heads up to anyone else that chooses this for the cut height given, cause it also says, "Don't return to store" the reason I bought it here, instead of saving a few more dollars with the "Other" online seller, thinking it would be an easier return if there's an issue.Patrick

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/08/2022HandymanThis is my first experience with electric mower as a test I am not regret to try this one i like it sounds like a vacuum not very noisy like the gas. Make sure you sharp the blade b4 to get a nice cut. I set my cutting edge to low.wilner

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/15/2022positive, very good, satisfactory. My third use, so far very good, performs as advertised, the cutting blade is sturdy no damage under the hood so far, height adj lever is very useful, folding handle lock is useful for storage, be careful of very large stems, and rocks as they may damage the blade or hood. I am 76 yrs old, use is moderate, will update review as I go. 4 stars for now, may go to 5 next.BALDO

Made my life easier!I really used to dread yard work, that's what led to searching for something simple like this to use and it fully delivered. 5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/25/2022Fits the bill for a small yardEasy to assemble and use. Have a very small lawn and this has just enough power to handle it. I have thick grass so I take it slow and also cross cut to make sure it cuts clean. No batteries to worry with, no gas or oil. Just punch the button, pull the bail and it cuts. Good value for the price.Hbdigger

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/22/2022Just as advertisedI picked this 18" unit because I have a pretty small yard, and I picked corded because the battery units are heavier and more expensive. This thing worked perfectly right out of the box. Very little setup involved. Stores easily. Handles easily. Plenty of power for the first cut which was very high grass.Myron Hudson
