Awesome mower!
This is honestly a very efficient little mower! We have a standard residential lot around a 1/4 acre and I got a 100' extension cord. No gas, no pull start, no priming, no oil, no smell and it is really quiet! Folds up in the garage too so winter storage is easy.

What lawnmower?
I never got my lawn mower. They sent me a chainsaw. It took me a week to reach a person with my problem because the phone lines are always busy. I was on hold for 20 minutes or even an hour and a half and never got through. I finally went by email. I was responded to, but no resolution has been made in 3 weeks. The chainsaw is still sitting on my front porch.

    Cuts the grass OK
This mower cuts the grass OK, but was advertised as self-propelled. I can feel no evidence of this. Also, there is a fast clicking noise for which I can't find the source and tighten something. I don't know whether this is related to the fact that the mower is not self propelled.

    Perfect option for campground
The quality, price and no maintenance made this the perfect option for my small yard, at a permanent RV campground. I never have to worry about hauling gas and oil. It starts with the push of a button so I never get worn out trying to start it either. I am a happy camper.

    Excellent mower!
I bought this and a corded grass trimmer and edger about a month ago and I absolutely love it! No more pull start, no more running low/out of gas (NO GAS!), it fits amazing in tight places and it will store very well during the winter! Absolutely pleased with my purchase!

    Better than gas powered
Fully featured and does a fantastic job. I will never go back to gas. It starts every time and tears through everything! It's heavy and strong. Very well built.

    Nice lawn mower
The lawn mower is easy to work with, it is really convenient to have the push button start I wasn't going to get a gas lawn mower it was difficult starting when I was younger, too old to be contentiously pulling on a cord trying to get it to start…Although this isn't a propelled lawn mower it is easy to negotiate. I did not give it 5stars since it is a bit of a nuisance keeping track of the cord, and the apparatus that they have attached to hold the cord isn't wide enough to insert the cord into. Also the grass catcher isn't the easiest to attach/detach takes some effort to remove and attach..

    Pretty happy
I have mowed three times with this and am pretty pleased. Overall it performs well. I like how easily it moves on the big wheels and the one touch height adjustment. And the motor covering is a great place for storing the coiled cord, as shown in the photo. A few minor things: it occasionally seems to vibrate a little roughly, especially when turning, and I hope that doesn't indicate any problems with the motor; I have cut on the two highest settings and it doesn't cut well when the grass isn't very thick so I maybe need to sharpen the blade. This was a replacement for a cheaper and smaller electric mower that died after only three years. This 20” mower makes the job quicker and I hope it lasts longer.

So nice I bought it twice
This is a great plug-in electric lawn mower. We originally purchased this years ago when our battery powered mower died suddenly- we didn't want to deal with having to charge and deal with failing batteries again. It worked well for us, but we ended up leaving it with our old house when we moved out of state to a larger property (which merited a riding lawnmower). We just moved again to a smaller property and after searching for the best option this one came out on top again. Not going to lie, I was kind of hoping there would have been some innovation in the last few years (self-propelled plug-in mower, perhaps?) but this does the trick. It's easy to use, has a wide range of mowing height adjustments, and does a nice job cutting.

    Electric lawnmower
This was almost entirely assembled in the box and I was so happy about that. You just have to attach the bag (if you want it) and the top part of the handle. I have a small yard but a bunch of steep slopes. My push reel mower was cutting bits and pieces but not the thicker weeds. This thing was easy to start and stop and maneuver. It took a little time to figure out the proper extension cord. I ended up with 100 ft cord that was rate for 13 amps I believe. It's a little tricky at first to manage the cord but it's just like vacuuming a large room and after about halfway thru I had a good rhythm with the cord. I'm super happy with it.

    Perfect for small yard
Arrived in good shape. Packaging was good. Put together, which was basically just putting the handle on was easy. Love the ease of adjusting height. Appreciate the ease of the removing bagger. Large back tires made it easy to maneuver as some of the area presently mowing has not been leveled yet. We have a lawn tractor and use this for around the house and in between raised beds and love it.

I can hardley wait to get it
I have no doubt that I will love my new lawnmower if I ever get it. It arrived almost three weeks ago the only problem that it was a chainsaw. I'm 79 years old and I don't think I have what it takes anymore to mow my yard with a chainsaw. I first tried to straighten this out the day I got it but being 57th in line and staying on the phone for 3 1/2 hours I almost gave up. Finally got to talk with D. Cacciatore. He was very nice but even though I've messsaged him almost every day since, nothing has happened.! I'm still tripping over an unopened box with a chainsaw on the label. I know I'm getting older every day but I figured out that you can't fit a lawnmower in a chainsaw box. Please, please help me. At the rate this is going I'll be in heaven by the time it arrives and I'm quite sure that I won't need to mow up there. Thank you Greenways. I understand that you have a great product and I'm looking forward to trying it. .

    Good mower for the money
Have only used it for 1 cut, but it did well with high grass. The mulch feature worked well and left very small pieces of clippings behind. I like leaving the valuable natural nitrogen in the clippings in my lawn so I can cut back on manufactured fertilizer.

    More Powerful Than Expected
This lawn mower works as well as I could've hoped. I was concern it would not be powerful enough to cut through the thicker sections of my lawn, which are sometimes just weeds. However, it has had no issues. Even when I have left the lawn to grow longer than it should be, the mower powers right through in one pass. I have been using the mulching attachment and the mower chops up the cut grass to a nice fine almost paste like consistency. Start-up is a breeze and getting use to the cord doesn't take too long. I find it is best use the wrap provided and then pass the cord through one armpit, over your shoulders, and under the other arm pit to give some slack between where the mower is and where the cord falls. As far as clean up goes, I just use a nylon utility brush to scrub the mulched grass off of the deck and a cloth to wipe any debris from the top. This only takes another couple of minutes and keeps everything running nice and smooth.

Not so sure about this Lawnmower
I bought this 20" 12A Greenworks electric Lawnmower in 2014 and used it about 6 (Six) times. Had it well stored away, went to use it for the 7th (Seventh) time and it just died out and wouldn't restart. I thought it was the heavy duty extension cord that I have specially for this use, but it was not, the unit just refuse to start. My unit is in really great condition as you can see in the photo. I am a technician and I think it's the Motor that has failed, I just haven't been able to get the time to remove the motor cover as yet to check. Very disappointed ☹️ with this mower as it used to work great, but I had stopped using it because I had a person coming to do my yard with they equipment and they cost was very reasonable, so I gave my equipment a rest. But due to the Covid 19 situation, I decided to start back doing my own yard. But that can't be anymore ☹️ as my Mower is now DEAD.

    Amazing Mower, Amazing Value
I have a quarter acre lot, and my “old” mower was a 40v battery-powered machine from another company. The wheels literally fell off (yes, actually literally) in the first season of use. I was skeptical about buying another electric mower, but was fairly determined to avoid gas. The Greenworks 20” corded kept showing up in researching what to buy. For the price, I had to try it. Right out of the box I was impressed. Solid construction, and obviously quality components (i.e. wheels, tires, height lever, handlebar padding). So far I have mowed the entire yard twice since buying it, and have mulched a ton of old leaves. It's not fancy, but it's a workhorse, and I'm so glad I bought it.

    Exceptional
I didn't think it would be this good! Took 14" ryegrass down to 4" at least as well as a gas mower, without needing gas or worrying about spilling oil when cleaning out the bottom. Just pay attention to the cord and you're golden :)

    Glad I got it!
I'm 72 years old and decided to try a corded mower because my manual push mower couldn't cut through tall grasses. It worked better than expected and cut through grass that was six inches high in many areas.

    Good mower, but messy
I just put this mower together and used it for the first time. It weighs 56# (that's means POUNDS too kiddoes!) I wish that it was mentioned in the description. Fortunately my UPS guy put it in the back yard for me. (Thanks again UPS guy!) The only other design flaw that I have come across so far is that the grass catcher basket is not well made. Grass blows out the top and must be wiped off the machine each time the load is emptied. Can this get inside and build up causing a short out? Also there is no handle at the "back" of the basket to pull it back out of the trash bin once it has been upended to be emptied, and if you must put your cut grass into bags as we do for collection, the resulting suction makes it virtually impossible to remove!! I do not hold out much hope that the grass catcher will last as long as the machine. It is a beast to move around in the tight corners at that weight!!

    Good choice
I bought this lawnmower for my mom. My daughter mows her lawn and there is a steep hill. My daughter reported the lawn mower was much easier to manuever than their old gas self propelled miwer. This was a good buy. They delivered it the day before the expected date. Which was another plus.
