Swedish Lingonberry preserve
I read a couple questions on this product, and saw the recommended usage, and thought I would add my 2 cents. BTW: I was introduced to this product in Sweden.
This is a preserve, not a sweetened jam. It is crushed fruit, and does have a bit of added sugar, but not a lot. IMHO, the best use for Lingonberry is with wild meat, but I just had some with a beef tenderloin and it really does go good with any red meat. it does go good on pancakes too.
Remember, this is not really sweet like a regular jam...more like a cranberry than a blue berry preserve.

Shipping needs remedial packaging training
All the packaging in the world doesn't help if the glass product is put on the bottom of a cardboard box and the padding thrown in on top of it. The delivery box looked undamaged, but one of the $6 jars inside was broken - again.

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/03/2020Great for the HeartI LOVE these. I ordered them because I read that lingonberries are great to thwart off heart disease and that Scandinavians eat them often and have a very low incidence of heart problems. The flavor is great and the health benefits are worthy of frequent use.Janet
