Caution return options!!
Very unhappy with this purchase. The shelves were extremely difficult to put together. The tabs just don't fit right. I gave up quickly because I didn't want to deal with it for 4 sets of shelves. Also, they look cheap and not as sturdy as I was hoping. BEWARE, you cannot return to Walmart!!!!!! To return to company, they wanted to deduct $80 for shipping. Ridiculous. I eventually accepted a $60 refund and kept them to be done with it. I'll either try to sell them or pay someone to assemble.

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser10/22/2021Dont buyThe shelves were difficult to assemble compared to similar units by other manufacturers. The wood shelf pieces are basically cardboard and after less than a week with less than 5lbs they warped and sagged. On top of that the material appears to attract mold. No other wood or anything in the area has mold on it but these shelves seem to be Petri dishes. Ill be asking for my money back. Ive already thrown the selves away.brian

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser10/05/2020Worst Product everThink of a crap product, now multiply it by 1000, you still won't have any idea how crap it is. The steel is so thin that even plastic could not be like that. The shelves are cardboard and all crooked. I requested to return as soon as I opened the 2 boxes that I bought and guess what? For 2 TL33815 you received, would you like to return both? After assembly well, they should be fine for usage. Would you accept the $20 in total issued to keep them for usage? Or if here is no any problem to item themself, here are $34 in total return shipping fee deducted from your refund. Then we can give 2 return labels to help your returning. Which way do you prefer? Wait for your kindly reply. Best regards! Xxxxx PS:Hope you can reply one message to usAdriana

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/06/2020Erector set shelvingWhen I opened the box what I saw reminded me of the old fashion erector sets we had as kids. I became leary of this purchase. As I put together the components per instructions the shelves seemed a bit too flimsy, however as more components were added and especially adding the stiff pegboard type shelves made the whole assembly become more ridge and stable. In the end they suited my needs for inexpensive shelving for my shed.WiseOldGuy

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/26/2020They are what they are. Shiny steel look works okRead the specs/details carefully. Guess metric conversion does not do well with US/English measurements. As stated by seller shelf is at best approx 35" x 15 1/2". If you are expecting to get a US standard container or box with a edge measurement of 18" to the edge of the shelf, that will not work. They will butt up against the frame post edges leaving you an unuseable 1" space on both sides of the rack shelf. Thereby reducing your 35" shelf to maybe 33" of useable surface space. [Similar products made by Hirsh with an 18" shelf measurement give you an 18" edge shelf.] The assembly sheet had only a few photos for reference and the written material in several languages was just liability warnings and nothing to do with instructions for assembly. Otherwise after trial and error with the first shelf, you kind of get a idea about how things go together. A rubber non-marring mallet is recommended; along with a 1/4" flat blade screwdriver and a pair of pliers. Having gloves is essential to not getting cut by the metal frame tab edges. The top caps (and bottom caps, if you plan on moving shelves around) need to be glued in place. As the photos show, it is more of a decor kitchen rack than a garage storage space aid. I am giving the product 5 stars because it is what was advertised and it was delivered to my door in about 5 days (including over a weekend.) After I assembled this I saw that the Walmart site also has this product sold by YaheeTech and EasyFashion for $20 less than CostWay.James
