Using it for over 30 years
Have been using Mobile 1 Synthetic after it was introduced to the market when a mechanic friend of mine had good results with it.

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/08/2021Great Synthetic Oil for High Mileage VehiclesThis is good synthetic oil to use in higher mileage vehicles. Walmart has a great price on this great synthetic oil. Many great reviews online for this oil. No need to to go with a cheap brand/oil to save a few bucks when you can get this for a great price.Stephen

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/21/2021Increased my MPGMy 2004 Honda CR-V has over 341,000 miles. I started using this Mobile 1 High Mileage Full Synthetic oil about 17,000 miles ago. I've always changed my oil every 10,000 miles according to Honda's recommendation (I basically wait for the "MAINTENANCE REQUIRED" light to come on before scheduling an oil change). I immediately noticed a 2 to 3 mpg increase once I started using the Mobile 1 High Mileage Synthetic oil. That means I now get an average of 30 mpg in highway driving. My car does burn a little oil, so I need to check and add some oil every 3K miles.riverpeak

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/14/2021Forgot to change oil...still worked at 15k miles!Been using Mobil and Valvoline oil for over 25 years, I forgot to change this oil in my wife's van...after almost 15000 miles, it was filthy but still working! I never did that again, but only use Mobil since. Great stuff even in the harsh winter...like the one we just had! I maintain 7 cars for my family and do all my own oil changes...the 5-20w and 10-30w are all I need to maintain all the vehicles and are always under the workbench!!!digdoc

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/20/2021Excellent full synthetic oilUse together with Mobil 1 oil filter this oil offers protection up to 10000 miles, I now do oil change every nine month instead of three months. Save a lot of time and money. The 5-qt size package is very convenient.ATYcom

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/08/2020Mobil Oil, cant go wrong with it.Synthetic extends time between changes and offsets higher price. WM usually has the best prices on Mobil. I'm not brand loyal, but Mobil consistently has good Blackstone test results. I run Mobil 5w20 in my F150 and Rotilla T6 5w40 in my motorcycles and ATVs with zero clutch slippage.thegipper

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser02/23/2017Resists burning in a Honda 3.5I have used Valvoline synthetic, Maxlife, Mobile regular synthetic, and all these will burn at an excessive rate for a Honda 3.5L engine. The engine has a history of burning excessive oil and I had to ad 1.25qts every 5k miles. With the Mobile 1 High Mileage in this 5W-20 weight, asked for by Honda, the engine burns 1/2 quart for 5k miles. In summer heat, it is .75 quarts, still far less than the other synthetics.FixIt

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser10/22/2016Great oil vs other oilsBeen using this for years, over Penzoil & Castrol. I change my oil every 7500 miles & the oil looks better then regular (dino, non- synthetic) oil at 3k miles. Yes, the first cost is more, but you'll change your oil less. So, you'll actually save $$. Also, smoother starts in winter. Synthetic is the only way, spend the extra $$ vs reg oil.lliinncc
