Terrible item
This Item is so defective we could not watch a half hour of it without it being so distorted I am a true fan of your items but I need to return this or send me one that is not bootlegged

    The DVDs come in a protective case. I have noticed skipping and stalling in the first two discs. The way to fix that is rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball. Do not rub it in a circle. Start from your inside and work to the outside in a straight line. After that they play fine. My new hat it is to clean a disc before I inserted into the player.

    Quality of play was sketchy.
    Each disc had momentary black-outs and even buffering during the playing. What is up with that?

    Just got in delivered today. It took so long to receive it after purchase...that I thought Season 5 might be out before I got it. Haven't seen it yet, but I hope (and expect) that the quality of this series 4 will be far superior to that of the delivery process!!! No offense meant to ponies and stagecoaches!
