Fun! Fun! Fun!
This Hover 1 Comet Electric Scooter is so much fun. Fast Speed; easy to travel with. It is very quiet; real sturdy, good pick-up on speed. It does take a long time for the battery to charge however the battery lasts a long time when it's being used. Brake works but something you want to depend on. The headlight is not the brightest. Great buy.

Disappointed, short lived entertainment
I ordered this scooter for my son's 7th birthday (Dec 2020). The features and price lead me to this scooter. My son and his friends loved this scooter. Little did I know, it's a huge disappointment. Here it is 6 months later… broken back brake and loss of power. The LCD screen will not stay on in order to activate the motor. Being that the 90 day manufacturer warranty has expired we are now stuck with this useless electric junk. So now it can only be used as an expensive heavy, self-propelled scooter.

Started off rocky got more bumpy
Bought back in may came with a broken manual break. Sent back new one came 3 weeks later. Bout a week later manual break pops off again.(clearly not well made) I know it said you may want to tighten every so often so I would tighten before I left work by time I get to destination it's crooked again. I got some guys to both take there shots at tightening its doing fine but there's more… The electric break will not stop you down a hill only slow you a little bit. I was literally getting off the curb ig my thumb was still on red electrical break when it hit the ground now it makes a dumb beeping the whole time it's on and I have no break and a dumb noise. So ig if you planing on just riding it to the font of neighborhood it's cool but not for everyday use. (The photo is showing a little piece that should be there to send a message to stop the scooter if I can't solder that connection on im gonna be breakless and hope for the best)

    It's a Scooter
Got the Hover 1 Eagle, but the handle bars(not attached) don't fit this machine. There're aren't headlights on this scooter. Don't know what to say about the Scooter, it can't be ridden in this state. It is very attractive, does hold a charge well, did try that. It seems to be very sturdy and well made, not at all flimsy, I do think it would take someone over 5'4” to ride it.

    Fast & fun!
My kids (and the neighbor kids) love this thing. We've only had it a few weeks, but the kids use it almost every day. Pros: heavy duty/heavy weight limit, goes 15 mph!, easy to use, 2-3 kids can fit on it. Cons: the battery is sometimes wonky. It seems like it should be charged, then it dies. Overall, super fun.

Nice construction & acceleration for a scooter!
This scooter has excellent acceleration and it seems to be built pretty sturdy to feel safe while using it. It comes with LED headlight and lighting on the edge of the scooter that looks stylish and functional as a great safety feature. It can be folded up quickly and carried with ease. This scooter also comes with a stable kickstand for easy placement when not in use. It is a bit bouncy even over small bumps so I would be careful when not riding over smooth surfaces. I have my child wear a helmet at all times just to be safe. There is a cruise control feature once you find a comfortable speed to travel on but make sure to turn this feature off prior to making any turns on this scooter.

    Fun scooter
This electric scooter is for an adult or young adult. It goes 15mph unless you're going up a hill, then it drops to about 10mph. You push off with your foot to get it going at first and it has a hand brake or foot brake to stop. Fully charged says it'll go 6 miles but we only play with ours for about 20 minutes at a time, so I can't say whether that's accurate or not. It folds down to save space.

    Cool electric scooter
Hover-1 Comet Electric Scooter w/ Multi-color LED Headlight, 10 MPH Max Speed, blue- but I received the scooter in black which looks more sleek in style. My 10 year old daughter was so excited to try it out. The scooter came in a big box folded with a plug in charger and no assembly needed. The scooter is a bit heavy and once out of the box you have to unfold it and click it then charge it. We charge it for 3 hours and we made sure to try it out in our backyard first to see how fast this scooter can go. It is definitely not for little kids, more for teenagers and adults since the handle are tall and it does not adjust in heights. This scooter turns on with the power button and then you need to give it a good push/boost with your feet and at the same time push down on the speed lever located on the handle to start it. It jolts you a bit in the beginning but it is smooth and rides well as long as you know how to balance yourself and there is also a break lever on the handle to stop it. If you ride it on the street, I advise to wear helmet and protection pads because at full speed you do feel the bumps. It is a definitely a fun way to ride a scooter without working to hard at it and this scooter can go pretty far with one charge. It also has reflectors in the front and back of the scooter in case you ride at night. I like you that can fold it in half so it is easy to take with you or put it away. Really fun scooter for short distance travel but only con is the charger is bulky and need an outlet to recharge the scooter.

    The Scooter you need!
If you love to ride scooter or even if you don't this scooter will make you realize what you have been missing by not!! Unbox and turn the handgrips in and it's assembled, charge for the recommended 5 hours before use the first time and you are ready to ride! The digital screen shows speed, battery life and lights and yes there is lights on this awesome scooter!! This scooter is also equipped with cruise control above 3mph.The handle easily goes down making the scooter easy to carry and transport in your car! Electric brakes and throttle both located on your handle. Electric plug in charger is included. This really is your scooter if you are in the market for a electric or manual scooter as this 1 can be used manual as well! I highly recommend this scooter as it also it made very well and sturdy along with having so many features!

    Kids Ride For Hours!
This Hover-1 Comet Electric Scooter with LED lights is crazy cool!! I was a bit hesitant to get this for my kids because I was nervous about how safe it was...I'm so glad I got it! It was super easy to get going, you just have to take it out of the box, screw the handlebars on, and plug it in to charge it for 5 hours before your first use. Well, let me tell you—my 13 year old son hasn't been this excited about something since before the pandemic. Neither of my kids has ever owned a scooter, but they have both had/have skateboards so the learning curve was about 5 minutes as far as balancing on the thing. I love that you can use it as a regular manual scooter without the electric charge for a few reasons: 1. It's great for kids to get used to the scooter before turning on the motor, and 2. If we have it away from home and the battery dies they can still ride it. My son says “it's very easy to learn to ride and reliable. Real easy to get used to and really safe once you learn how to control the speed. Looks really cool, feels nice, and is comfortable.” He thinks the brakes are a little too strong but hopefully he'll get the hang of them sooner than later. He also loves that the wires are hidden in the frame of the scooter instead of being exposed like other electric scooters, he thinks it looks cooler. And the best part...it has awesome lights! There's a headlight and it glows with led lights from underneath! It looks so cool! We had it out last night right after sunset and it looks amazing! We've only had this thing for 3 or 4 days and both my teens and my husband have spent hours on it every day. It's a joy machine!

FUN FUN FUN!! And almost no assembly!
I was dreading assembling this when it arrived, and I was pleasantly surprised when there was practically none! The only thing I had to do was manually screw each handle into place. Just know that they are side-specific. The right handle has an R on it, so just look for that. Once the handles were on - DONE! No bags of bolts, screws, or nuts to deal with. So right there I was already a happy camper. There is a clip on the front to release if you want to fold down the top part for storage. It is clearly visible and fairly easy to maneuver. Instructions say to charge the battery for 5 hours prior to first use, but our scooter was fully charged in about 2 hours. There is a nice easy-to-read LED display on the top that tells you how fast you are going and how much battery you have left. A nice safety feature (even though we haven't used it yet) are the running lights for night time use. There is a headlight and also a horizontal light on the bottom length of the scooter. From testing the lights, they look to be bright, even in the daylight. We have only used it once due to the cold weather, but my 13-year-old absolutely loved it. I tried it out myself and it is indeed a lot of fun. I believe it's a 260 pound weight limit - so most adults will be able to join in the fun. When we were done, we placed it in the garage near an outlet and put it back on the charger (which is what my picture shows). I would highly recommend this for an older child who is capable of operating it, as it can go pretty fast and they need to be able to use the handle or foot brake. Looking forward to using it more as the weather warms up!
