Wonderful Monitor for entertainment and work
This monitor definitely for those who want to watch TV and work at the same time. There are lots of channels in Samsung TV which are free. And you are able to install apps and using browser for other entertainment. Airplay is available for Apple device. Very easy to setup and use. And it is easy to remote a desktop to work. And it will tune the brightness when you are work or watching movies. Definitely a good monitor to work. And it build in Google Microsoft word, PowerPoint, etc. Hence, you don't even need to plug a HDMI to notebook to work.

    Dual Monitors? Nope!
Don't run as dual monitors. Samsung didn't plan for someone choosing these for a dual monitor setup. The remotes have the same IR code, so it's impossible to control them independent of one another. The Samsung rep did give me a work around… the Samsung Smartthings app will control them outside using the Wi-Fi connection. How did nobody at Samsung of all places not plan on this as a typical use case? Work on one, watch something on the other? Maybe these were rushed to market, or adaptive IR sensors were in a shortage…. Or maybe they just didn't think about running two in tandem.

    Tons of features Great sceen
I use my monitor to replace my 2 monitor work setup. Better color control with eye comfort. Watching my favorite shows or listening to music during breaks. Then after work using as my personal display for my laptop or one of my gaming systems. Truly love this monitor!!

    Awesome smart monitor!!
I have been using the M5 32" smart monitor. It was awesome. But, I need another monitor. So, I bought M7 32" smart monitor. Daytime, I'm using dual monitor for my work. At night, I'm watching the Netflix, Prime video and youtube in my room. I don't need the TV. At first, I'm fine with M5 (2K resolution). Even though M5 monitor is also awesome, I am using only the 4K M7 monitor for watching movies and Netflix, etc. Also, I don't need laptop charger anymore, because connecting usb-c type can charge laptop!!!, which makes my desk clean. M5 and M7 monitors have each remote controllers, but if I push the power button, these two monitors are turned on at the same time. Smart things help to control the power of two monitors separately. I'm planning to buy another 43" M7 smart monitor for TV at the living room.

    Flawed perfection!
This monitor is perfect for MY needs and I absolutely love it, but there are a few areas where I believe it falls a bit short. This monitor DOES merge both worlds in terms of being a "Smart TV" and a "monitor," and I personally use it inmy bedroom for light gaming, light work/school work, and light TV watching, so it works great in THAT regard (for me), but I can see where it might not think it's the best monitor for them. Gaming, for example works for me because I use my Z Fold 3 for Samsung DeX (at least until my Galaxy Book Odyssey arrives) to in-turn use cloud gaming services like Luna, Stadia, and XCloud, which none of the services provide higher than 60 fps, so since the monitor can only support 60Hz, it works out fine for me. A PC gamer with a need for 120Hz will definitely need to look elsewhere. "Work" features such as access to Microsoft Office is a fantastic idea, but it runs rather slow, especially when I'm loading media from OneDrive, so, again, I'm utilizing DeX instead. The TV experience is fine. I have other, better Samsung TVs in other rooms so it's not a big deal (to me). My gripe is the lack of inputs. Especially, with the lack of an audio jack (optical or 3.5mm), and maybe 1 or 2 more HDMI ports. Yes, you can connect Bluetooth, and maybe it's just the brand I have, but I have to connect it every time I turn on the monitor. Minor gripes aside, very happy with my purchase. Looking forward to future feature-rich, updated Smart Monitors to buy.

    Defective on arrival
i am very disappointed with this product, the light is bleeding through the border, i think samsung quality control is poor. also the panel is extremely dull , its absolute garbage. the samsung tv/monitor concept is great but samsung executed very poorly. the whole monitor is made cheaply. return process is hell and still waiting from them to send me the shippilng label. will never buy this product again.

    Looks Good
Looks nice with my set up. Easy to assemble. Clear picture. Able to access Office 365 without connecting to the computer. Wish it had a display port to connect my MacBook via USB-C, since that's what I've used for other monitors. I need to buy an adapter from HDMI to USB-C if I want to hard wire it, so I just use it with AirPlay for now. The connection is pretty stable but I wish it connected more automatically. Overall, I like it.

Finally, I've got a Smart Monitor!
My family all own Samsung Smart TVs and I was always envious but not enough to upgrade my decent but aging flatscreen TVs. When my job transitioned to remote, I took home my also decent but aging computer monitor. After deciding to get the best of both worlds with the Samsung Smart Monitor, I will never look back. The set up was simple and the interface was self-explanatory and intuitive. Having tested out the various ways of mirroring my screen, I'm thrilled with my new remote setup.

Good display, one solution for tv-monitor
M7 32" UHD Smart monitor is certainly a very good smart monitor, currently available in the market. The 4k contents looks really awesome. All the features mentioned on the Samsung website , for this monitor, does work and hence makes this a really good smart monitor. Talking about positives of the monitor, The size of monitor really good for a TV in small room, for gaming, graphics work, charts and even for hardcore software engineering. The display fires up instantly when turned on. It offers various modes to keep your eye comfortable and not feel the stress for working long hours in front of the monitor. On connecting to wifi I could access Office 360 and edit my document which is awesome and really makes it a thin client and don't need a Chromebook. Was able to connect a keyboard and mouse as usb devices and I could use it across (control)the other sources connected to USBC, HDMI devices which make it a really handy switch and don't need any more switches on the table . Airplay too works really great, and with a Samsung phone was able to mirror the device with a tap. Sound quality is pretty decent too for watching a movie on in built Netflix or Amazon Video App. Talking about the negatives, unfortunately, the build quality of the monitor is not to the Samsung standard. Brand new, out of the box monitor has gap between its frame and screen at the bottom edge, its very unSamsung like build. Couple of other miss for me are ,this is not an IPS panel, 4k is great but miss on IPS, is I think a big miss for the smart monitor of next generation. Other feature I would have expected and is missing, would be Picture-in-Picture. With Such a big monitor with ability to connect multiple sources, PIP feature would have been really useful. I would certainly recommend someone looking to buy a new monitor to consider this monitor.

The Perfect Work From Home Addition
What can I say but WOW! I'm not quite sure why this type of device has not come sooner than this. Having a full functioning Smart TV that doubles as a workstation monitor and a smart home connected device is amazing. I tested out the M7 32 inch 4K smart monitor and added that to my triple monitor WFH setup. I was able to use the screen for all important work sessions while also switching to Youtube TV to enjoy a few minutes of live TV. Additionally I was able to log into the Smartthings environment and keep an eye on my house status while I was squirreled away in my WFH hideout. Apple Airplay2 worked like a dream while I streamed from my iPhone 12 Pro directly to the monitor to show off some of the recent photos from the last trip I took. USB-C is a most for any new tech and this design works exceptionally well with a laptop or even my iPad Pro to create a workstation at anytime. This really is the perfect device for a dorm room. Top notch color reproduction, 4K display and a built in USB hub for peripheral attachment make this a game changer. Add in the smart tv with downloadable apps in this very affordable price point, it's an no brainer!

    Defective out of box.. TWICE
everything looked great until i took off the protective film, when i noticed there was a small piece broken off the frame. i understand that accidents happen, so i ordered a replacement. not only was the replacement broken in the same exact spot, but there were also 5/6 dead pixels, visible from several feet away. needless to say i am very disappointed by this experience, as i was really excited about this monitor.

    4th time NOT the charm
i purchased two units that when they arrived they were doa. i was shipped two new replacements. of the two new replacements one did work as i was setting it up for my spouse. the second replacement was defective will all kinds of lines in the screen. once my wife started working on the one replacement that worked it went out after 1 hour. very disappointed. was excited to have a monitor that could be used without a connected device and could handle my mixed apple/samsung environment. samsung needs better qa on these units. i have never seen a defective rate of 20% let alone 100% in my experience. maybe i will try a similar unit again during my next monitor refresh.

Why aren't all monitors like this!
i just exchanged from a regular 32" 4k samsung to this monitor and the features are simply amazing to have. awesome wfh monitor, features such as a single usb c cable from my m1 macbook air to the monitor for clean hook up plus charges it as well. . then the ease of the hdmi that hooks up to my work computer, and the best feature is the bonus of the built in smart apps to watch content. very well done samsung. perfect multi use monitor for years to come.

Exactly What I've Been Looking For!
for my use-case (apple airplay and work monitor), the monitor performed perfectly! out of the box, the ui was fairly sluggish, but after updating the os, things moved a lot quicker. tizen has most apps, but for the ones that are missing, airplay shined! usb-c charges at 65w, which is enough for my xps, but my work laptop needs 87w. i did not try smartthings, wireless dex, or tap view. however, office 365 worked well (plugged in mouse/keyboard directly and via blutooth). screen share also worked with my xps. built-in speakers work better than most, but still just decent. no line-in, but there is bluetooth (plus hdmi-arc) and wifi surround. auto source switching is not great, but the remote makes it easy. poor viewing angles (va panel type) it has a sleep timer!

    Great So Far..but
i like the product, and haven't had any technical issues as of yet. i have noticed the lower right side has glue or dust in the seam upon opening it. unsure if it is supposed to be like that, but the other side doesn't look like that. maybe some sort of separation revealing the adhesive? the stand upon opening feels to wobble more than expected. the picture looks great. it has a matte finish, almost edge to edge. the power adapter cable also uses angled connections, so keep that in mind.
