Way TOO soft!!!
I have cervical neck problems for many years. I use contoured pillow before, but thought I would try this new design, plus it was priced well. The pillow arrived quickly, but the consistency of the foam is just too soft. It does not allow my neck to get the support I had even on the older one that is worn out, which is why I was replacing it. But this one was definitely not better, it was not even equal to the regular contour shaped memory foam cervical pillows. I will be returning it and trying to find a similar one with more dense foam, and hopefully better support.
