I'm serious with my at home tv entertainment standards. I've shelled out racks for top Samsung and Sony brands. When I saw this 4K Samsung 65” tv under $500 during Black Friday. I thought if it has Samsung name on it. At least try it. What a surprise. Has exceeded all my expectations. I actually use 8k Hdmi cords for superior experience. Plus I have Verizon Fios. Omg. I'm never going to another movie Theater when they reopen. Also the sound is so impressive I no longer use my sound bar. Great job Samsung. I'm a loyal fan for life.

I order this item and the first time it came it didn't work as the brightness would only go up to 50%. So I returned got a new one and waited another week for it. It delivered today and it came with a messed up screen. Idk what the problem is with these TVs but it ain't looking good.

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/22/2021TV is fine, software is not.bought the tv almost one year ago to the day (nov 30th, 2020). the tv is now stuck and say it needs updated by a usb drive. i've tried over and over to put the current firmware onto a usb drive and to get it to repair or reboot and apply it. no luck and samsung support hasn't been able to help so far. pretty annoying that a firmware update that should be taking place in the background somehow is corrupt? can't even change inputs to roku or a game system.Kyle

Now I'm getting sound but NO picture. Not happy at all! I tried of over an hour to unplug all the cords and plugged them back in.....still no picture and now no sound. Very frustrated!TANGANIKA

It looks great in low lighting, but when the sun is shining into the room, its less than than desirable. I would also like to access the apps with a single button push. I didn't want to risk damage during shipping. Anyone that gives this TV bad reviews is probably some super tech game nerd that finds fault in just about anything electronic (eye roll) lol...If you are a normal average person who wants a nice TV, then I highly recommend this one...or any Samsung for that matter! Side Note: I was watching Plant earth when I took the photo, and as you can see the picture quality is great!!Josephine

One negative that shouldn't effect the product is the shipping. Box came with water damage and was written on the outside in regards to it. Walmart really needs to clean this up, or make it available for in-store pick-up. That wasn't available due to black FridayDaniel

Cons: - Obviously broken, like many others in the reviews. - Product is sold out, Walmart cannot replace. - Now have a broken product taking up precious space in a small, inner-city apartment. Pros: - Great price. - Free Delivery. - Delivered very quickly and way ahead of schedule. - Fair customer support, even if unhappy with results. Walmart is offering me a refund and a third party courier will come pick it up. I suppose this is better than having to fight with a company over something. I did express my disappointment as I was looking very much forward to this purchase for over two years. I definitely wouldn't order another large TV to be shipped and judging by the other reviews, you shouldn't either.Sean

It came in a pakage with with only the necessary accessories to set it up fully. The TV although it is 55" horizontal is very lightweight. It is approximately 60% lighter that the 46" 10 y.o. Samsung TV that I replaced. The assembly and set up was very easy. The picture quality is great and it easily connete to the Google Fire Stick. I would recommend this TV.Patrick

First off, the tv was delayed 1 day in transit and then after my handyman installed the wall mount, we took the tv out of the box, hooked it and saw a big crack on the screen. How disappointing! So we took it to Walmart for a refund. We were told it would take 5 - 7 business days before we would get our refund. Not a happy camper! I need to get another one but Walmart doesn't have them in stock and I'm afraid another one if delivered may come damaged again the way it is packed in the box.Jane
