Returned broke in box TV and still no refund
This TV would have been great BuT when hung on wall and turned on the picture had squiggles and Pixel problem. It seemed like it was dropped on the top as the screen problems were mostly across the top. I have been calling the NashvilleSuperstore many times and cannot get Justen the Mgr. I returned the TV a day or so later and STILL do not have credit for the TV return (and I returned the TV stand and no credit for that either). I don't understand why my account still says I have to return the TV— which I did about 12 days ago. I called corporate to complain and was assured all would be fixed. Well it is past 10 Business days. I still can't get Justin the Walmart Mgr to discuss why my refund is taking so long. And why my app says I still need to return the TV (and tv stand) while I already did that on 8 or 9 March. I'm hoping this negative review will get some action on my refund status.

    I've had this TV for about two weeks now no problems works flawless Beautiful picture great quality..Wow! the 4K Crystal UHD makes a big difference the video comes to life it's like actually being there in person! Amazing video quality I highly recommend this Samsung 55" TU7000B

    So disappointed!!
    Very disappointed in this TV. Bought it the 21st of december and it is already having problems. 1st it makes this high pitch sound then screen goes completely black. We try turning it off and back on and sometimes the picture will come back for a couple of seconds but picture is covered with what looks like glitter sprinkled over the image, then high pitch sound and then black screen. Super disappointed, it's a 75" and we had this installed on a wall mount bracket. We are older and now have to pay someone again to come take it down so we can return to Walmart. What a horrible purchase and situation.

    Was great then not working
    I bought this tv the 70 inch back in 2020 it's been working well but now it won't turn on its trying to turn but it can't so you would see a little bright light but then it disappears no screen and no sound and the little red light below it is just flashing on and off.

    Not so great image
    Not so great sharpness or crisp image. Not clear watching sports . Limited settings on this model. A lot of reviews where listed as collected as part of a promotion which makes you question the validity of reviews . We have owned several Samsung TVs all great but this one was the exception. Blurry image, lack of image definition ,not as bright and clear image as expected. Tried different setting and adjustments with very little improvement. Will not recommend this model.

    Great Picture great features.
    This was a size upgrade from my other Samsung 50 inch curved. The picture is almost like real life. Setup was simple. Infact I have Antennae TV and I didn't have to scan it cam in as soon as the setup was finished. You would love this TV. I also love Samsung TV Plus. WOW. My only disappointment is the speakers are not all that good.

    Defective panel with lines and flickering.
    Went through all the work of hanging the tv and the left side has lines that won't go away in any of the sources input. Software up to date still has the lines. I will be returning it tomorrow and exchanging it. The panel was bad from day 1!

    Smart TV. Stupid remote
    The tv within itself is awesome. Great picture quality and sound. But the remote is lacking. It it entirely too big and setup awkwardly. All to not even have voice control. The features of the device would be more accessible with a voice remote.

    55 inch Smart TV
    tv constantly drops connection to my wifi network . none of my other devices have this issue. reconnecting is often problematic, having to remove and readd network. also adding apps to the home screen bar is difficult and counterintuitive. im very tech savvy so disappointed. this being my first smart tv has still not been a simple, straightforward experience. based on managing networks and trying to figure out how to pin apps on the smart apps bar i hope this television lasts a very long time because i don't want to go through this again. i thought buying a samsung smart tv would be a great way to go. now i'm not so sure, perhaps i should have tried another brand. good picture, clarity, color and sound though so overall that's the main thing. just wish it was easier to setup and manage.

    bought this tv on a saturday and on the following thursday i noticed the screen was separating from the frame. called samsung they said they would create a work order and send a tech out. the next day the tv turned into a bluetooth speaker, the screen went completely black. i would have given it one stat but the customer service was phenomenal

    AMAZING TV AND AMAZING PRICE
    switching from the tcl 65" to this 70" samsung tv was the best decision i've made. tcl tv went out and it was going to cost more to repair the tv than what i paid for the tv on black friday 2018. took care of it and turned on any and all safety features to extend the life of the tv.... it didn't work! tip for anyone wanting a tv, don't go out buying cheap tv's... spend the money for something and know it'll last longer. this samsung 70' tv was very easy to set up. love the crystal clear uhd viewing. it's beautiful. didn't even look at the instruction guide. had the tv up running in 5 minutes. will be more samsung tv's down the road.
